This is the fourth company that I have tried since moving to Wilmington 20 months ago. Because the rugs really need to be replaced, I do not expect much. There are a couple of stains and the the travel areas never really come out clean. It seems that two days after cleaning, I am looking at the same stains again and feeling like I wasted my money. So, as a last resort, I decided to try a company that cost me more but, I can happily say, my carpets got another life. The stains are gone and travel areas are slightly noticeable but, not the eyesore that I had. Hank and Josh did a great job! I was pleased with the communication from the very beginning. They were not only on time but, called me 20 mins before arrival. They were conscientious of my things and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again but, I would absolutely ask for these two guys,.

I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. They arrived 1.5hrs late. Told me if I didn’t move the 3 pieces of furniture I had in the condo outside (hadn’t moved in yet) they would only go around it. Because they were so late I had to leave them before the job was done. They told me they would finish in approximately 1hr from my departure time so I arranged for my mother who lives just down the street to come see the job completed and pay. She arrived within 30min and the guys were already packed up and gone! My carpets were SOAKED! My doors were unlocked! My furniture was left sitting outside! After contacting the office I was told someone would be out the next evening to extract the water but they never showed. We had to bring in fans to run in every room for days. The owner called me at 11:00pm the night his crew didn’t show to extract and was very rude. He told me he would come do it himself but only offered me a time slot that I couldn’t get off work for. When I told him I couldn’t make that time due to taking 5hrs off the day before for his crew he told me I was making his life difficult! As if I had caused the problem!!! I ended up paying Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning for a job well done. Now sano steam is threatening me with a lien.

Omar and his team are about as responsive as they come. Their charges are fair and the quality of the work I’ve received from them has been way above what we’ve experienced w/​other providers… and we’ve used them multiple times for carpet cleaning, water cleanup/​restoration, and other misc tasks. I would highly recommend!
