I was looking for something very specific for my bed and even though they did not have it at the time the gentleman was more than helpful on informing me of other options. It was a breath of fresh air when every other store place just said no and hung up.

I really hate being negative about a business and my experience was probably the exception rather than the rule and hopefully your experience will be different. I went here looking to buy two high end California King size mattresses, one for myself and one for my rapidly growing son, so some dollars were involved… Several stores were having Memorial Day sales so I asked if they would match the price, provide free delivery and pickup the old mattresses. The salesmen had to bring in the big honcho (IE owner) at that time so over to his desk/​table we went. Now being a business owner myself I’ll bet this guy worked his butt off building his business from nothing, so I’ll pretty much put up with just about anything. Well to make a long story short the salesmen relayed what I was asking for and we waited for a response. We waited… the owner played with some fancy golf club and then finally looked up and said ‘I think we can do that’. All I could think of was that if I did not have everything in triplicate this guy would not come through. I made up a flimsy excuse about returning with my son the next day and left, never to return. Now to be fair I did not buy from this business and I am an engineer by training so I am not the best judge of people, but I was just really turned off.
