Rite Aid

This store /​has to be the worst Drug Store /​Pharmacy I have ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE!
First they didn’t have my med. then they only had ¼ of my Rx then they substituted it for another and again only ¼ of it! The pharmacy staff were short off handed and must have a my ins comp bcbs told me they should be able to fill the rest of my rx at no additional cost since i had a rx for a month supply. They told me I would have to bring another rx altogether and pay for a for it as a new rx
the staff must have a written script for questions regarding prescriptions because they were 2 other people with the same issue and they got the same answers I heard the same phrase used on 2 other customers. needless to say all 3 of us were disgusted. W the service and attitudes
They kept trying to get me to fill out a wellness card after I repeatedly told them I was not interested 3 then when I purchased a jar of mayonaise an realized i pd full price for an item on sale. (The only one on the shelf) they made me wait 5 min while they looked through their store flyer. I eventually went and brought them the sticker from the shelf. Then was told I had to fill out a wellness card to get the sale price.

I visited this store this evening as our usual Rite Aid had insufficient stock of the item we wanted to purchase. I think this was the largest Rite Aid I have visited and fortunately they did have the item we were looking for in stock. Unfortunately this place is so empty and quiet that I wondered what happened to everyone. The atmosphere was quite different from the CVS next door. It was also unfortunate that their selection of clearance items was tiny, just 4 small boxes of Valentine’s day chocolates.
