Polished – Skincare, Nail Spa and Reflexology

First I would like to say I have NEVER in my life taken time to write a review. But I really feel my experience warrants a review. So me and my friend both bought a Groupon to have our hair done together. So I call the number on the website and no one answers. I then get a text message back asking who this is? Which I thought was weird but whatever. Our whole correspondence for everything that happened was over text message which I find unprofessional. Had the hair dresser said she can’t do us both together I would have been okay with that… but instead she booked us an appointment in two days from booking it. Then I get a text message saying she needs to move the time to an hour later. So I say fine. Then the day of our appointment she says she can’t do it until next week. So we book the appointment again for next week. So then the day before our appointment again she requests to move the appointment for a later time. We agree. THEN the day of out appointment she says she can’t do us both because of her asthma and can do one us that day. So I begrudgingly agree to go because at this point I need to get my monies worth. She then says she can’t agree to the original time. I have been doing nothing but being patient but I realize she didn’t respect my time at all. So o give her one last shot. As I am on my way to my appointment she texts me she is running late. I get to Polished the door is locked, it is hot and 30 minutes go by and she is still not there. I leave and let her know she wasted my time. There is no excuse for how this situation played out. The hair dressers name was Crystal and she blamed the amount of groupons sold. Basic common sense would have prevented all of this. Now I will have to fight with Groupon to get my money back.

Keri is a lovely person and it translates to her work. I received the best facial I have ever had from her! Her attention to detail is impressive. You will feel so relaxed that you would think you went for a massage. I highly recommend you get a facial at Polished!

After mulitple return calls to the Keri, I was finally able to get an appointment. I figured it was just because she was busy with customers, however when I arrived on a SATURDAY the place was empty.
My overall take on the Spa was Ki Spa Prices but LA Nails service and décor. My nails chipped the next day and I guess she wanted me to clip my own toe nails. The lady totally forgot to attend to my cuticles and the service went downhill towards the end of the session. Very dissappointed.

I am always looking for the ultimate pedicure experience and decided to give this business a try. It wasn’t what I’d thought it would be as it was not a traditional kind of nail salon. Keri soaked my feet in a tub with hot stones and that was very nice since the water stayed at least warm and did not get cold. Afterwards I was led into a room with a massage table and instructed to lie down. Within minutes I was fast asleep, but when I awoke my legs felt refreshed and my toes perfectly polished. Hopefully, I will be better rested and will give better details next time.

Wow! This was the most amazingly relaxing pedicure of my life… I almost fell asleep in the chair. The ambience is so inviting and relaxing that you feel like there’s not a care in the world. I’ve never had a pedicure like this before. Keri is such a pleasure to come see and she pays attention to every little detail. After one visit you can tell she really loves what she does and takes pride in it. If you have the time you should go for «The whole she-​bang!» you won’t be sorry. my feet felt silk we she was done! If you want a get nail experience give her a call, you won’t regret it… in fact you might join the club of Polished addicts! I found this place while a on visiting family and friends and I can’t wait until my next visit!
