Pizza Hut

So I ordered a Barbeque Drizzle pizza (Chicken and Bacon with Barbeque sauce) and I asked for extra Barbeque sauce because the last one I ordered was good but they were“skimpy” on the sauce. So I ordered online and when it arrived, it was the nastiest looking mess I have ever seen. I mean it looked like slop (I uploaded the picture). It was all mangled looking and the part of the crust on one side of the pizza looked like somewhat threw up on it. It was just completely unacceptable to even deliver something that looked like that to a customer. Their explanation was that since we asked for extra barbque sauce, the dough couldn’t hold everything that the pizza had so that is why it came out like that. Seriously?! And they actually thought someone would eat that crap?! Like come on, honestly it looked like they just through the darn thing together and threw it any olé kind of way in the box. Absolutely unacceptable. The only reason why they are not getting a 1 is because they at least remade the pizza and delivered it the way it should have been done int he first place. #SMH

I ordered my food 11:30 the apps say in 11:45 my food will be ready I pay at 11:40 it 12:05 I still have not receive my food.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered online with payment and all. Waited over an hour until it said driver was on its way. Another hour still no pizza? I call and they tell me they never made it since they had tried calling me to confirm my order and it was disconnected. Disconnected? What! No they had been calling the wrong number from someone who used to live at my address not the one I left online. Genius.

So just went to this location am ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza an it looks like a normal pizza. Ita had more when I just order extra pep. when the person at the register was asked they just said. That’s how it always looks.

They said they called to verify the online order I placed. I was by the phone. They never called and the order was never made. This is the second time this happens. They have a variety of excuses. Spend your money on a different pizza joint.

this place sucks! horrible service. inconsiderate people. the girls are rude. dont waste your time your better off ordering from the wilmington dominoes. excellent pizza, low prices, and friendly service. screw this place!!!

Well the pizza was good and the driver was nice but the really unfortunate piece of the puzzle was that I ordered delivery online and after the quoted delivery time came and went, I called and inquired why. The girl on the phone was unapologetic and rude. I asked about the delay she said they were short on drivers and that’s why the delivery quote was an hour. I explained that I was aware of the quote but the time was already past an hour. She asked what I wanted her to do about it (really?!), I suggested that they contact people when they know the delivery time will be past the quote. The conversation dwindled after that with no apology, and I somewhat sarcastically thanked her for her help and hung up. Will NEVER use this location again, there is enough pizza places around and definitely other Pizza Hut locations to use.

Their pizza use to be delicious but recently it has been horrible. Sadly, I think other $ 5 places are better than Pizza Hut!

Pizza Hut used to be the family favorite. Easy to order quick and, most of the time, good service. I’m not sure what happened, but for the past few moths this place has progressively gone down hill. We ordered a pizza the other night and when I opened the pizza box my kitchen smelled like I opened up a Panda Express Restaurant. OMG, it had so much garlic on it, in it, under it and around it that the vampires in the alley three blocks away started to scream and run.
Sorry Pizza Hut, but that will be the last time we ever order from you.

ORDER AN AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! This place takes forever to make a simple PEPPERONI PIZZA! The staff is rude and never have a smile on their faces! The best thing to do is just order a pizza at NENOS OR RED WEST DOWN THE STREET!

Great place to order pizza from. I always time them on the time they state your pizza will arrive. Rarely have they ever been late. In fact, your order arrives before the time your order is scheduled to arrive. If they are late, which is rare, it’ll be by less than five minutes. When you open the pizza box the pizza is hot and looks fresh out of the oven.
If you don’t want to deal with any hassle or misunderstandings than simply order online; plain and simple. We live in an age where one does not have to deal with being put on hold over the phone. Online you can see every option you have available that they don’t inform you about over the phone or on television. You can see how much everything adds up to in price in your online shopping cart.

Came within 5 minutes of estimated time.
I did an online order… Pizza was done (I’ve been to some Pizza huts where the pizza wasn’t really cooked as long as it should have been). My toppings were right, the soda was cold, the wings were warm.
All good. Nice delivery person as well.

After calling three other locations, apparantly this one delivers to the house. (Doesn’t make sense to me since they’re actually further than the other two BUT WHATEVER).
They told us it was going to take about an hour.
Ok fine.
Asked for extra ranch and we were charged for it but did we get it? NOPE! Not even ONE. How the heck are you going to serve buffalo wings to your customers, charge for sauce and NOT give it any.
That made me mad. So here’s your review! DERP!

Poor and slow customer service. If they tell you over the phone that your pizza will be ready in 20 minutes, just multiply that by two because that’s what happened to me. When I confronted the cashier about it, she said that there’s nothing she can do and continued her phone conversation. Poor, slow and plain BAD customer service and I will never return.
