The staff at Omega is extremely helpful and nice. They know exactly what they’re doing and if it doesn’t work they will fix it at their cost. They have great sales especially if you sign up to receive their texts. I won’t buy tennis shoes anywhere else.

I’m a return customer because I felt like I got good service the first time I was here. However, on my second trip the sales associate charged a price that was higher than the posted price. The total didn’t sound correct, but I held any comment until I saw the receipt. I pointed out the error, but the sales associate told me she could not sell the item at the posted price, and walked away. I was taken aback at this treatment, and went to double check the price. I found the associate, and told her that I was returning the item. She repeated her dismissive attitude towards me, but I spoke to a store manager who corrected the price without need for explanation. I’m still surprised that somebody would act like that.

Just like the first review, I love Omega Sports. I purchased a pair of running shoes there once and after a few weeks decided that they just weren’t comfortable. When I exchanged them with a new pair, the staff gave me cash back for the difference between the original shoes and the new ones. Who else does that? All of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I have come into the store with my shoes and(random foot pain) and they have shown me what i can do to alleviate my problems. A hint– sign up for their email list for some great sales and promos. Also, by the front door they keep a list of running races, tri’s, etc. It’s like a community bulletin board of active things to do.

Love, love, love Omega. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they have the neatest stuff. The best thing is that the shoe manager is actually a runner. Not just a kid with a part time job. He knows his stuff.
