New Providence Park Apartments Clubhouse

The things i do like are :
The apartments have a lot of room compared to others in the same price point. I love that the apartments are safe and no crazy college partying. The pool is a good size and I like that there is plenty of parking if I were to have guest over. The amenities are for the most part are in good condition. It is close to a foodlion so if you run out of something your within walking distance! And it’s close to a storage facility and FedEx!
The few things I don’t like are :
The smoking by the pool, the air systems can take a while to get fixed if broken (ours went out three times in a matter of days) granted it was a hot month. I also don’t like how sloppy some of the tent’s keep their front door space (full trash bags and dirty clothes) and how trash and food and drinks are all over the stairs and siding. Also there is a dog kennel close by so if you aren’t a early riser this might not be the place for you. You will hear it.

We lived there over a year, and when they hired Jessica, the office manager, was when things went south.
When we had issues with our bill, I went there with a copy of our invoice and tried to talk to her about it. She seemed new and didn’t know what she was talking about. But Jessica, was condescending and rude, with no business in customer service. She talked to me like an idiot and told me she couldn’t rectify the situation by my word alone. However, if you looked at our record we had never had ANY issues.
Eventually, we got it worked out (with no help from Jessica). But Jessica is vindictive and started harassing us with minor violations; practically skipping to our apartment one time. You’ll see her circling your apartment building, in her golf cart, if you get on her bad side. I wish I were joking…
The maintenance team and the other office workers were awesome.

I have been living here since August of 2010 and have really loved it! The management is super helpful and friendly. the parking lots are well lit and have plenty of spaces. You can hear the people walking in the apartments above you from time to time but nothing that will disrupt you while sleeping or watching TV. I did have some noise problems with the neighbor that lives in the apartment below me but the staff took care of the problem quickly and I have had no other problems with him. The rent is a reasonable price and the apartments look brand new. I really like it here and would suggest it to anyone who needs a great place to live on a budget.:)
