These guys were lifesaver today! The owner’s son came out with his girlfriend on a Sunday, and they were extremely friendly and professional. Not only did they pump our septic, but he also helped me find a clog in the line coming from the house (I thought it was the tank causing everything to back up, but it was a clog that was just beyond the reach of my 25′ auger). He actually found the clog first, but the tank was due for a cleaning, so I had him go ahead and pump it. I know some companies will «half-​ass» their work, but he took his time and did a very thorough job… he also took the time to hose all the scum off the inside of the tank. Midwest Septic & Sewer saved the day at our house! I’m also going to give them a shout out on our neighborhood Facebook page. I was VERY pleased with the service we received.
