This place is a disgrace! The staff that we delt with were completely untrustworthy. After we negotiated a price with the store manager on one of their top of the line mattresses, we mentioned that we had a gift certificate, but that we left it at home. At first the manager said that we could use the gift certificate on the mattress purchase, but when we returned later that day with the gift certificate in hand, the manager made up some excuse that corporate said the gift certificate could not be used. When we called corporate they said that this was completely false and that he should have honored the gift certificate. When I confronted the store manager about his lie he was very rude. I gave him a piece of my mind, but at the end of the day, we didn’t feel like dealing with him any longer nor giving him our business. We went to another mattress warehouse where they honored the gift certificate. Do not go here if you don’t like dealing with shady liars!
