This is a very nice Kohl’s that we go to often. It can be a little annoying getting in and out of the parking lot though… It’s on the southbound side of 202 so your only choice when you leave is to head south. I usually drive through the parking lot of the five restaurants next to it and use that light to go north, but you can also pull right onto 202 and then make a U-​turn at the light.
Anyway, I love pretty much any Kohl’s I go to, and this one is no different. Best sales around and personally I like their clothes a lot more than other places.

This Kohl’s is a standalone store on Concord Pike southbound with a parking lot that always seems way too huge for the number of customers I actually see there. I do like browsing the store though because I’ve found some interesting surprises in their clearance racks. Also, their store policy, which allows coupon-​stacking and offers easy returns, seems very customer-​friendly. Regular prices, however, seem to be on the high side, so Kohl’s would not be my usual store for clothes and general merchandise.

We purchased a pots and pans set, among other things, for our son’s dorm suite. Once he got to school he found he didn’t need the set because someone else already had them. His school is a few hours drive from home. There is another Kohls location there though. I had the receipt for the pots and pans at home. Rather than wait for me to mail the receipt to our son so he could make the return, we decided to take a picture of the receipt hoping Kohls would accept that. They did! We certainly appreciated this type of customer service!
