While I appreciate the apology, it absolutely was your company that I called to get a water heater replacement quote and did not get a call back, even though I was promised one. I do not post false reviews.

The best part of our experience with this plumbing company was the dispatch lady. They replaced a $ 5 part, which took 15 minutes, and charged us $ 130. So $ 5 part and $ 125 for 15 minutes of labor, that equates to $ 500 per hour or $ 20,000 a week or $ 1,040,000 a year. Really?
