Ria was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job on my eyebrows!!! Looking forward to going there regularly.

I was visiting a friend in Wilmington last week when I decided last minute, that I wanted to get a haircut. I asked her for recommendations and she suggested Jazz 3 Hair Design which was conveniently located diagonally across the street from the Wilmington Commuter Rail Stop– which I was taking anyway to head back to Boston. It’s on the back side of the new residential complex at one church street– the salon is located in the plaza where the parking lot is.
I walked in unexpectedly and the owner Ria greeted me with the biggest smile — she welcomed me to her new business which was absolutely beautiful inside. I found out she’s been doing hair for over 25 years and has owned other salons… so off the bat I felt like I was working with a professional who was extremely passionate about what they do. She ended up having a last minute cancellation that day so she was able to fit me in before her next scheduled appointment… thank the heavens!
I showed her a few pictures of the hair cut I wanted; long layers and side swept bangs. After asking a few detailed questions about my hair and how I take care of it– Ria went right to work! She offered me so many hair care suggestions and tips along the way. We spent an hour chatting away– she really makes you feel like family believe it or not. And while I was randomly there, two different clients stopped by to give her Christmas gifts! How sweet is that? She told me clients have been following her since she started– over 20 years ago! Her personality is one of a kind so I don’t doubt it for a second. She did an amazing job– My hair cut was absolutely fabulous — exactly what I wanted! I felt like a million bucks when I left. Her prices are great too.
If I only I lived closer — I’d get my hair done here all the time. Ria is amazing! Visit Jazz 3 Hair Design– you will not leave disappointed!
