Hugs & Yogurt

Very conveniently located in the mall. They have a great variety of frozen yogurt, toppings, ice cream, smoothies, and milk shakes. My fiancé and I tried it while we were running errands at the mall. We always enjoyed frozen yogurt and the fact that we pay for the amount we get plus it’s a healthier choice that l than ice cream. I do wish to try their ice cream one day because I heard great things about it.
The staff is very friendly and they answer any questions we had. The kiosk looks very clean for being self serve in a busy mall.
We will definitely be back to try new flavors of frozen yogurt as they change them with the seasons. One of these days I will give in and go for the ice cream.

Awful, awful, awful! The place is dirty, ingredients are very low quality, and customer service is HORRIBLE. This place should not even be in business. It was so bad that I had one of the teenage workers call the owner… He couldn’t care less. There are many places that are way better than this one very nearby — don’t waste your time here! PS — it only got one star because I had to put in a rating — wanted to give it 0 stars!
