Don’t come here for anything of any significance. We bought my engagement ring here and the entire experience was a nightmare. The work was terrible (crooked diamond, jacked prongs, cracked setting) and the owner is awful as well. He changes his story constantly, and loves to hear himself talk. He ruined the surprise of my engagement ring, and wouldnt shut up even as I’m telling him to stop telling me. Luckily the ring manufacturer is handling this issue for me, because the thought of having to deal with this business again is awful.

Bought a new watch on the web for the holidays. The pin holding the band popped loose this morning. Could not put it into place myself, so took the watch here because they are on the way home.
These folks worked on the watch for a good 20 minutes (which vindicated my failed repair attempt). The person then called for Ron, the owner, who was able to make the fix right away.
Ron would not accept my offer for payment. Folks, they put more than a moment’s work into providing me service. The least I can do is say, THANK YOU!

Has a nice selection and people are helpful. I could see why it is a popular little place. Saw a few things I like watch and ring wise. Had to stay focused on the task at hand! May have even found a nice birthday or fathers day gift for a special someone!

This review is based on repairs.
More like a 3.5 since the store is conveniently close to work and home and my repairs were done spot on. I needed the links taken out of two necklaces, my manager recommended i come here. The service is less than stellar i mean no one was rude but i just felt like they really didn’t want to be bothered. Though they did a great job I probably wouldnt come back based on the service.
Costs _​i really dint price around but shortened two necklaces from 18’in to about 14 and one had to be sauntered my damage came to 40.00.

Stopped through when travelling and they had a great assortment of watches and diamonds.
They are listed as the best jeweler in Delaware– so I had to check it out.
Was eyeing some engagement rings for my wife and found some real winners.
Ron is a great guy too, the owner.
I also love this store and make trip from NYC because they are TAX FREE.
Definitely come by, he’ll take care of you!
