An ok buffet, you get what you pay for. The waitresses keep your drinks filled and your table cleared. The food is ok. some sushi, asian favorites, fruits, and inedible desserts. Had a long wait to get check and a linger wait to pay at the counter when leaving.

This is normally one of my favorite places to go with the family for dinner. My kids ask for it by name. But tonight when we went it was not as enjoyable. The servers sat there and stared at us the whole time, which was weird considering there were plenty of items that were in short supply on the buffet. The ice cream machine ran out, which isn’t uncommon. And the woman didn’t seem certain what it was I was talking about. Many items were never replaced on the buffet. And there was an annoying Russian or Arab guy speaking a foreign language obnoxiously loud on a Bluetooth that nobody bothered to ask to quiet down, although I stared a few holes through his skull. The whole thing was disappointing, and I’m going to have to question coming back here from now on

It was actually pretty decent. Yah, I had visions that this place was probably going to be sub-par based on Trip Advisor and some of the other Unilocalers, but even though the selection was small the food was actually way better than the Hibachi Buffet on Kirkwood Highway. There was probably MSG in the food because everything tasted good. They have all the typical General Tso’s chicken, chicken teriyaki, fried rice, fried chicken fingers, dumplings, egg rolls, soups, dim sum assortments, and other stir fries. They had some American: fried chicken, french fries, stuffed mushrooms and clams. The sushi wasn’t very creative, but anything with salmon was good. There’s also the fruit/salad bar, some baked good desserts, and frozen yogurt. I for one went for those glorious fried dough balls coated in sugar. A Thursday night hauled in quite a few people in to eat so food was replaced when emptied, but they don’t refill until there are only a few pieces left. It’s $ 11.99 for adult dinner, but you can find a $ 1 off coupon in the neighborhood Clipper’s Magazine. I’m sure it’s a better deal during lunch. The place is clean. Plates get cleared off regularly. I didn’t venture into the bathroom so I can’t comment on that. There’s plenty of parking and they do take out and have their own special menu too. Edit: Totally forgot to mention the raw oysters, clams, seafood bar. No one touched it. They also had this strange seafood mixture in a bowl that looked like it was straight out of a childhood cartoon where some kid was grossed out by seafood, because well it looked pretty weird. As much as I love octopus, crab meat, etc, that didn’t look appetizing.

The cleanest Asian buffet I’ve ever been to. Wide selection of food with an impressive sushi section. The food is Chinese, Japanese, with a little bit of standard American fare. Good quality well maintained, and a very reasonable price. The only downside is the ice cream machine, but everything else is great.

Awesome food, great variety. Friendly staff and a clean environment! Love eating here with the family when we come to Wilmington.

Ate there recently. Although they say they serve crab legs, that’s rather deceptive. They only put out a very small amount at a time, so only 1 or 2 people can get some. Then they wait for LONG periods before refilling – pretty obvious and pretty cheesy. And BTW the remaining food selections aren’t very extensive or great. Won’t be going back any time soon.

It’s a perfect example of quantity but no quality. Hubster and I went there for a Saturday afternoon buffet after months of wanting to try the place. We checked the buffet and were impress by the number of options. Tried a lot of them and most failed to impress. Sushi was downright horrible. Chicken on stick was not completely cooked. Pork fried rice was over when we were checking the buffet out and the container was not filled 40 mins later too. Fruits and coconut macaroons were the only good parts of the dessert section, both of which they wouldn’t have made there. It’s a good buffet for someone who just wants a lot of food for 8.99 and does not care for the taste but I definitely won’t be going back.

Food really wasn’t very good. The sushi section of the buffet was very empty and they only made more of the sushi that was already out not refilling the empty plates. Everyone working there either had no idea what was in the food or did not speak enough English to explain it. Would not recommend. Also the price was not posted anywhere, 12.88 $

My friend just ate there tonight. I looked at the good, and was instantly turned off by the smell and the look, but didn’t want to discourage her. She had the clams & the crab legs. She pulled a piece of meat out of one the crab legs, which was a good sized piece of meat, so I asked for it. As I took it, the smell, to me, being a fisherman, did not smell right, and I informed her, but she dismissed it. Being that it was a small piece, I ate it, and no less than 5 minutes I began to feel sick to my stomach. She ate the rest of her good, and upon leaving she began to feel sick with diarrhea and sweats. (Everything that seems good is Not always good for you) Be aware.

Visited on a Friday night around 8:00pm. Pros: Food quality was great being next to a game stop on a strip mall Sushi, if you like salmon raw. I refilled my plate twice. The sauteed mustard greens were delicious. Roast Chicken + Chicken and Broccoli + Coconut Shrimp hit the spot for me. Draw backs: Crab legs were scarce. Ice cream was like sugaaaa water(brought back sad memories from my child hood)

Very limited vegetarian choices AND no sign for vegetarian choices. I had to ask the staff about many things. There were flies around our table all the time, and the staff were sweeping the floor at 8:30pm Saturday while we were eating. It’s cheap for oysters if that’s all you want, but other things are pretty much all meh. Vegetarians should just pass on this one.

Just got back from a late lunch visit. 3pm I showed up. Over the years it has been going down. I liked it because of salad option available and deserts offered. Yes the food to refill buffet slow in coming out and some foods looked a tad bit left on buffet too long as they appeared dried out. What I just realize is I never see anyone monitoring buffets temperature. The offering I felt good in trying were bland and not worth having more of. What I didn’t like is that they had offering I like to try but there was shell fish near them. Like right next to them or sitting on top of pan edge. This is a major concern as how many diners thing what they doing at a buffet may hospitalize another diner. I have a food allergy. When I left made a stop at Rite Aid or a Benadryl package just in case.

Stopped in for a take out lunch for the first time in at least a year. The food used to be ok but now its of very poor quality and they don’t keep the buffet trays full. The fried chicken wings go in about 3 minutes then it takes maybe 20 minutes for more to come out. Same with the buffalo wings and other popular items. Got the hot and sour soup and it was the worst I’ve tasted in a long time. I ended up throwing most of it out. Skip this place it ain’t what it once was.

Food is not bad for all you can eat Chinese Buffet. Only complaint is they are not too quick to replenish food once they run out. When I arrived at noon there were six muscles. When I left there were zero. Considering I came in for the muscles, I was disappointed. I would not normally point this out, however this was not the first time they ran out of food. Get there early or you will be shut out.

Finding the words to describe how bad the food was is difficult. Worse than the food, however, was how unsanitary this restaurant was: the bathroom was just awful, floors dirty, there was hair in some of the buffet dishes, and maybe worst of all the people maintaining the buffet were not wearing hairnets or gloves and I noticed at least two instances of the servers handling food with their bare hands. Paid and left without finishing our meals and went to pizza place next door. Stay away.

Ate here last night with my boyfriend. We weren’t expecting much, since we showed up about an hour before closing time. To our surprise, there was still a good amount of food and it mostly all tasted and looked fresh. We were the only ones in there for the majority of our visit; save for 1 guy who came in 20 minutes before closing. I tasted the wonton soup, lo mein noodles and General Tso’s chicken. Boyfriend tasted the same, as well as the tempura shrimp, spring roll, and a few miscellaneous things. No complaints; it actually tasted better than expected. We both tasted the random dessert offerings — crème puffs, brownies, etc. The server was nice enough. It’s not the greatest Chinese food in the world but it’s certainly worth the $ 12. I’d be interested in coming back during a normal dinner time to see if the food/selection is even better.

Had to kill time after Best Buy and before Target Pharmacy. I was pleasantly surprised. I remember seeing this place when I was with a friend at Safeway. The sushi was pretty decent(better than the place in Springfield), as was the mei fun. Chicken dishes were good and the lobster balls were interesting(in a good way). They have the green beans with the little stringy things that I like. I still have yet to find out what they are. They’re salty and somewhat have a garlicky flavor, but I have no idea what they are… they’re usually in with the green beans. VERYGOOD! I would return. No rudeness or attitude from staff. All friendly.

The food was cold and looked like it had been sitting around all day. The sushi was just okay, not great, but not terrible. The hostess was rude and full of attitude. We will definitely never eat here again.
