Flores & Foley

I’ve spoken with a lot of the «roofing contractors» in Wilmington if that is what you could call them. They were more like Jimmy and a pick-​up truck. Flores and Foley were the most professional (dressed appropriately, didn’t smell like smoke, etc.). Pete and Rene were great to work with and explained all of the different options for replacing roof and the benefits and downsides of each approach and even encouraged us to get multiple bids and to pick the one that we believed in most. Obviously, we chose the clear winner. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, and backed their work. Keep up the good work guys.

We had a leak in our home three years ago and they promptly
resolved the issue and soon after replaced our entire roof. I have and will continue to recommend Flores and Foley to my friends and family.

I have used Flores & Foley for over 15 years – and 3 homes later and still OUTSTANDING in every aspect of maintenance, customer support and of course. ALL 3 roofs have stood the test of time extremely well. In most trades, there are dozens of options and only a few great ones that are reputable, professional from all sides of the business, and provide a product they stand by years later! Thank you Peter and Rene plus team for being that dependable roofing company for my family!

Like the other review, they did a terrible, amateurish job on my summer home. The roof leaked within 3 years of completion and they blamed everyone but themselves for their shit ass work. It rains in NC. Who knew??? Avoid like a prostate exam.

We hired them 9 years ago to put on a new roof. I thought I was going with the best company. But now my roof is ROTTING. It is worse than before we replaced it. And it is rotting due to improper installation. Although The workmanship warranty has expired, I still feel they should correct their mistakes. I thought I was going to get a roof that would last. We asked another roofing company to assess the problem. With in 2 minutes they were able to tell the flashing was not installed correctly.
Eventually Peter Foley sent someone out to inspect the work. He also confirmed that the repair wasn’t done correctly. It was erroneously suggested that we chose the cheap option so it was our fault. He refused to help us out.
He had a chance to do the right thing but failed.
