Very poorly managed company. It took over 10 calls over 2 weeks to finally get through to this company. That should have been my first sign. When I finally did get through, they took some information and then called me back a few minutes later to set up an appointment to come out and cut my grass. They quoted me $ 25 for each cut. I told them I probably wanted ever other week or so, They day of the appoint came by, no word from anyone in anyway. At 3:11PM the day they were supposed to come, I called and the guy answered and when I asked if he was coming today, he mentioned my area and I said yes and he said «I’ve been stuck at Midas for the last 3 hours and got behind». When I asked if he was still coming he told me he wasn’t very far away and he would be there in about an hour. No word. No Show. Very poor customer service. I would NEVER recommend this company. They do have a business license, but they have no business sense. Go elsewhere.

We had the same experience as the two other reviewers. They were quick to schedule with us, even sent a reminder text the morning of, and never showed. No communication since. Though I still blame my boyfriend for hiring someone to mow our lawn via craigslist without getting any recommendations first ;)

I had the exact same experience as Lisa P. They said they would come at a specific time and were running late when we called. Then never showed up that day and didn’t bother to reschedule. Meanwhile we were waiting for them at home. This is no business and very unprofessional.
