Esposito Carpet

Fantastic family business in Wilmington. Lisa is wonderful to work with in the store. Incredibly helpful in understanding your needs and then recommending products that fit them. Not pushy in any way.
Our carpets were ordered and we scheduled the installation over two days since we were having our entire second floor and stairs ripped out and re-​carpeted. Mark and an assistant arrived 15 minutes early and stayed a little later to finish the entire job in one day. They were both very professional and efficient in their work.
Our carpets look (and feel) great. I could not recommend Esposito carpet more. At least go in and get an estimate. I guarantee you’ll be delighted with the experience.

We never expected to even contact Esposito Carpet, but the company that our contractor recommended was unexpectedly closed the day we went to see them. We took the day off work, and rather than waste a day, we googled other carpet stores in the area, and found Esposito. We are so glad we did!
Lisa was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in the store. She consulted with us to find out what we were looking for and guided us to the right type, softness, and thickness of carpet that was available in our color preference and budget parameters. We walked away with a couple of samples so we could mull our top 2 choices over and see how they looked against our paint colors.
We had just added a second floor to our house and needed to carpet 3 bedrooms, a sitting area, and a master closet. It ended up being 130 sq yards of carpet! Not a measly order.
We did end up visiting that other company, and conducted research on others like the big box stores and the national flooring companies, but we really liked Esposito and ended up choosing them over the competitors. Their prices were reasonable for the quality of carpet we chose, and we just felt more comfortable with their expertise, honesty, and customer service.
Mark and his team arrived on time to install the carpet padding. They planned to come Thursday to install the padding, and then come back Friday to install the carpet. They were so efficient, they ended up finishing both, and we had beautiful carpet installed a day earlier than expected! They were very clean and even vacuumed the floor before they left. Our rooms are large, and there had to be a seam in almost all the rooms, but we cannot tell where the seams are at all! We were very pleased with the installation.
We were already happy with their service, but they sent us a packet with our warranty information, and included a hand-​written thank you note for giving them our business! We want to thank them, not the other way around! You won’t get that level of service and personalization from a national company. Lisa and Mark take pride in their small, locally-​owned business, and it shows! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience with carpeting or other flooring (they also do hardwood, tile, laminates, and area rugs)!
