I had a hard time finding a dentist office which took my dental insurance when I started with Christiana Care, I went to a few other dentists and just didn’t feel comfortable, however when I walked into Dr Rautio’s office I felt at ease. They have nice music and very friendly front desk staff which helped me understand my dental coverage. The hygienist Deb did a great job cleaning my teeth and really took the time to educate me on proper flossing techniques. Dr Rautio reviewed my x-​rays, teeth and took the time to tell me where my problem areas were located. I have been back a few times since and they really get to know there customers, which helps cut the uneasy stress of going to the dentist office! The search is over I have finally found a great Dentist !

I can’t stand going to the dentist. Just something about the sound of drills, and my mouth being pried open makes me queasy. My BFF is the same, so she recommended Dr. Rautio to me. What a find! I absolutely LOVE her and all of her staff. They are all welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They are kind enough to tell me how much my appointment will cost when I make it. No surprises! They look to see what I’m getting, check my insurance and give the cost, and they’ve been accurate so far. I went from barely getting cleanings to going to the dentist every 6 months, and even more to get fillings. It’s an enjoyable experience every time! I even switched my 8yo daughter to them recently. She was going to a kiddy dentist, but she likes them even more! I like they are about education, and not about just finding ways to bring you back and keep taking your money. I will NEVER see another dentist EVER! Dr. Rautio and her team are THE BEST!

I have been to Dr Rautio for a few years now as my dentist, and not only is she the nicest, friendliest dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, but her staff are very nice and helpful as well. Always friendly and eager to please, in person or on the phone. I wish I could have wonderful experiences such as I have had here with other health care providers I have been treated by. I highly recommend this practice for the care of your smile. :)
