I do like Dr Hockstein within this practice, but the wait times are unacceptable. My time is just as valuable! Please do not over-​schedule patients & when there is an emergency, which I know can happen, be courteous and call your patients. I waited 50 min in the waiting room, and now, 20 min & counting in the exam room!

Doctors are good, staff, for the most part are OK. Definitely a problem with over-​booking, be prepared to wait and wait and wait. An hour or more is nothing unusual.

Staff here is very professional and courteous. I adore the ent doctor that I see here. But be prepared to Edith at least 30 – 45 minutes. Every time I come here my wait time is always over 30 minutes. It can be a bit discouraging for some. Personally I drag out my appointments because of the long wait time. If they expect you to be on time for your appointment then they need to be aware of how long their patients have to wait to see the doctor. This is something this office can really improve on, the wait time
