I called these guys at 4 pm on a friday after a tenant of mine complained about bedbugs (non-​existent, as it turns out). The owner called me right back and gave me a lot of his time and expertise over the phone, even though I told him I’d already engaged someone else to do an inspection for me. He offered to come out first thing on Monday to deal with the problem, if I had one, and quoted me a rate that was half what others had quoted. He was extremely helpful without asking for anything in return.
