Was able to get an appointment the very next day, whereas other offices offered me appointments THREE months out. Needless to say, they have a huge staff here, very friendly, and the office ran like clockwork. My appointment was on time, had plenty of time to describe my issues, and got a whole body scan to boot. Will probably go every year, cannot be too careful.

Just one of the masses. Care is impersonal, and targeted for their income. Treatment is standard, everything is automated. Expect to wait at minimum 30 minuets to over an hour.

I’ve been going to Dr. Crane for 8 yrs. At that time they had a much smaller office and the service was just fine. Now, they’ve gotten way to big for their britches since they joined with ‘Derm One’. In the last 5 or so visits I’ve had to wait 45 mins minimum, even though I always so up early. Dr. Crane is very knowledgeable however, your lucky if he spends a full five minutes with you. When you try to call the local Wilmington office, someone in New Jersey answers and can’t transfer you to Wilmington. Also, the staff up front are totally clueless and do the bare minimum their job requires. I recently went to a new dermatologist and had a MUCH better experience.

Dr. Crane shows very little concern toward his patients. I definitely felt like a number and that he just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. His staff reflected the same attitude of indifference. As a Wilmington native, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for skin care.
