Delaware Property Inspection

I’m a first time home buyer and was nervous about the whole inspection process. I called four home inspectors and had a series of questions I asked them to ensure I had a competent person inspecting my new potential home. Rick thoroughly answered by questions and I decided to go with him.
And what a great job he did: he took his time, answered my questions, came prepared (thoroughly understood the seller’s disclosures I sent him), and was patient when I followed up with multiple questions via email. Similarly, his report went over what I needed to do and what I should always keep in mind: the unknowns.
I highly recommend Rick. He’s a solid guy and after all was said and done, I felt good about entrusting him with one of the most important aspects of buying a home.
