My business partner and I visited this store recently in a middle of a snow storm to upgrade our network to 4g. We were greeted by a customer sales associate (Merari) who explained the Cricket promotional deal towards a new smart phone. Her well-​spoken mannerism and excellent product knowledge is the main reason we’ve decided to purchase our upgraded phones and in addition include accessories. She really took the time to explain how each of our phones works (ZTE Grand X Max Plus & ZTE Grand X); and during the activation process we all initiated small talk where she kept her level of professionalism above-​average! This will be our new location because our sales associate made it a pleasant experience for us; and comfortable one, too. Her recommendations for a nearby eatery was absolutely incredible and not to mention her co-​workers also delivered excellent customer service while observing patrons entering the store. Please keep up the «Great Job» and kudos to the management team for hiring customer-​oriented employee’s for this location.
