We met with Bailey Hall based on the Unilocal recommendations. She was polite and professional. We explained what we were looking for. She told us she would set up a listing so we could view properties by that afternoon. We received one email from her and never heard from her again. It’s almost if she decided not to help us. Agreed with other 5 star reviews. Ann Smith was our realtor from Sea Coast and she was fantastic. Not being very familiar with the area, she knew where my fiancé and I wanted to be even before we did. I was obsessed with finding the right home at the right price on craigslist, trulia, zillow… when in the end, it was Ann that found the right house with her knowledge and connections at Coldwell. Highly recommended.
