Literally the WORST! The owner is extremely rude and a certified psycho. She screamed at both my husband and myself when she told us the wrong time to pick up our clothes the day of the wedding, and we were five minutes late. Everyone else who works there is really nice, but I would never give her my business again and strongly suggest to everyone to go somewhere else.

DO NOT USE!!! Ruined white tablecloth & clothing, RE-​did them, & even worse! Stains that were not there before & both lint & hair throughout that are not mine! Awful work & customer service!

Dry cleaning Summary
Definitely «A-​OK» in my book. I have yet to find that perfect dry cleaner in town, but Cleaners Plus definitely does the job.
Pros:
Fast service — generally 2 day turn around
Reasonable prices — your standard $ 10/​dress, $ 2.50/shirt, $ 4/​pants
Service — polite staff
Overall have not had any issues with my clothing and everything has been what I would expect from a standard dry cleaner.

Terrible. I brought three Charlie shirts here and not only were they not starched, but none of the marks were cleaned and they still smelled dirty. On top of that they forgot to give me a sash for a dress I brought with the shirts, which resulted in an hour and a half round trip drive. I live in jacksonville and when I arrived to pick it up, I received no apology, no explanation, just was given the sash and told bye. I wouldn’t ever bring anything here much less anything military

I had a bridesmaid’s dress altered here and it turned out horribly. Black thread was used for a purple dress, the fold was not clean and the edges not aligned. It was also taken in too much. I am thoroughly disappointed. When I expressed my concern to the owner, she said there was nothing she could do and didn’t do anything to make it right. I can’t speak for their dry cleaning, but I would say don’t get anything altered here.
