I really really like this place. I’ve never had an issue with customer service, everyone is usually very friendly and kind. The prices are fair and they always do a fantastic job. It’s very clean and in a good area for me. I will definitely continue to come here :)

Absolutely love my nails!!! Such a great atmosphere to be in for a nail salon where very friendly and kind and caring people work! I am 110% satisfied and I strongly recommend that if you want top quality nails then Bay State Nails Is the place to go to! Lena is the best, absolutely amazing! She’s meticulous and spot on with cute designs and gives amazing manicures and pedicures!!! I am extremely pleased with the pricing as well! Overall 5 star experience and have definetly found my favorite salon!!!

New management took over about a month ago– and the experience wasn’t as great. My gel manicure only lasted 2 weeks… and it was really awkward having the new owner’s daughter hoover over me as he was doing my nails. Not very relaxing. Also, they are now closed on Sundays…

I’ve been going to a different nail place for quite some time and they couldn’t take me one night I really needed my nails done, SO GLAD I went to Bay State. The cleanest environment of a nail salon I’ve ever seen and the ladies present themselves so nicely. She took the time to make sure my nails looked perfect before I left, unlike the place I have been going to. 18 $ for a fill was cheap for the work she did. Definitely found a new nail salon to go to !

Good quality, but disappointed in the service. I had an appointment for a pedi and a mani — yet they took a walk-​in before me because she said she was in a «rush.» I understand being in a rush, but the reason I had an appointment was because I had other things to do too. Unfortunately, I waited over a half hour before they even started me and had to forget about the mani in order to get to my next appointment on time. I love getting my nails done, it’s usually very relaxing — but this made for a stressful session because I was worried about being ignored and being done on time. They did not offer to compensate me in any way, I will not be going back.

$ 22 for a pedicure… clean, quick — but thorough! I walked in, there were 3 women working and I was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. She really did a great job on my nails… bye, bye $ 40 pedicures!

Fast, clean & inexpensive. My grandmother has been going here for a while and I started a few years back. They’re consistent and fast, which are two important things for nails if you ask me. Their prices are good as well. Teri is the best of all of them, but no salon tech there is bad. I do recommend bringing your own color because their selection has become rather limited. Hey, times are hard for small business!
