I had this company ASG install an Alarm at my store
When I opened. I was in the process of getting insurance. The day before I signed insurance papers someone robbed my store of about $ 30 000 in computers and cell phones. The alarm sensor never picked up the robber. I called ASG and they sent a tech out and he determine the alarm was installed improperly and it appeared puposly done. All sensors erstwhile where pointed at ceiling. They said they were going to reimburse me for the stolen property but they never did. I was very newly opened and my life savings was in the cell phones and computers so I lost everything my store my house we had to sell furnishings. Everytime I call they never call me back.
Real nice company there really care that they destroyed my family. I have a 14 month old and a at the time a 3 year old. Two things one the robber fit the decription of the alarm installer (we had it all on camera and he wore a mask so he knew we had a camera and alarm) and they robbed me thanksgiving night and police said they were 300 yards away had the alarm went off they would have had him.
Also Rich who claims nice prices is their sales rep so not an honest review
