Avoid! I took an appliance here which was still under warranty. I knew what was wrong with the appliance (clearly visible issue) but wasn’t sure if it was covered by the warranty. I was told that the staff would verify and I left my number so they could call. Instead I got a call that the repair was done, which was NOT covered by warranty and I could pick it up and pay anytime.
When I expressed my concern and frustration that they never notified me or even obtained my consent to move forward with the repair the best they could do was offer to ‘undue the repair’ and render it broken again. Unbelievable.
If you need a repair or warranty service it would be in your best interest to go just about anywhere else regardless of distance. I don’t trust this company and I will never use them again.
