Lambrecht’s Jewelers

While I was going through my dad’s «treasures» after he passed away, I found an old Tudor watch that had apparently been given to him by my grandfather. It was his 25^th anniversary gift from the company he worked for. I decided to bring it into Lambrecht’s to have them estimate what it would cost to have it repaired. After a day or two, I received a phone call from them and was told that unfortunately, their watchmaker had determined that it needed a part that was no longer available.
When I came in to pick up the watch, I discovered that they had cleaned and polished it, repaired the band, and put it in a presentation box for me to have as a keepsake– all at no charge. I was very impressed with this kind gesture and I ended up coming back to buy a new watch from them. Lambrecht’s is a great family-​owned business.

really nice people, did a great job repairing my Casio watchband. I really enjoy stores like theirs with family tradition because of great customer service. I will be back.
