My experience with Dr. Hicken was great! I always enjoyed coming in for appointments as a child; the staff are personable and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier with my smile after having gone through orthodontia with Dr. Hicken. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is searching for an orthodontist.

We’re only a few months into treatment with Dr Hicken, and so far it’s going really well. His evaluation and consultation practices are exemplary. He even took special care to assure that my kids feel involved and informed about their treatment plans. He welcomed questions and answered them thoroughly without being condescending or impatient in the least.
The office is comfortable and peaceful and keeps a good pace without overbooking — something that was a problem with my old Ortho.
