Just like grandma’s attic. If your grandmother lived in every decade since the 1890’s, collected everything, and never threw anything away. It’s all here on three floors. You will find mainly small collectibles, art works, and jewelry, with just a bit of furniture and vintage fashion thrown in. The booths are independently operated and some always seem to be having sales. The staff is great, very helpful. Chances are you will find what you are looking for, but it’s also fun just to browse and see what you come up with.
They hold outdoor flea markets every few months – watch for those. This antiques mall is located on something of a vintage row in Wilmette, so stroll up Ridge Road to find half a dozen more shops. All are worthwhile, but the selection here is vast.

So much to see… I saw several pieces of everything that I wanted to take home, but alas, I’m in «dispose mode» instead. Don’t miss the many nooks & crannies here. Nostalgia galore and fine pieces for every budget.

I always find something interesting here, and they have something here for every budget. A lot of nicer items are pricey of course, but for the most part seem to be fairly priced for the quality. There are plenty of modest priced items here too, so if you only have under $ 100 or even under $ 50 to spend, there are nice finds here. At some other stores and outdoor markets I feel like I can’t afford anything and that takes all of the fun out of antique shopping, especially places that are just overpriced, but that is not the case here. There are lot of diverse sellers too. One of the best places for antique shopping in Chicagoland area.

Heritage Trail Mall is my favorite antique store in the North Shore. I could spend hours in here; they have such an eclectic range of fascinating beautiful pieces. The layout of the store is fun to navigate — a maze of little booths that sprawls across two floors. There are items in every space imaginable, it almost feels like a treasure hunt.
This is one of the few reasonably priced antique shops in this area, and they also have great sales. I moved to Brooklyn, but whenever I come home I try to make time for a visit to Heritage Trail.

I love this place.
I went on a Saturday from 10 – 12 because there is an early bird special sale (for August). This was such a good time to get a good bargain. I bought a real pearl necklace that was 30 percent off.
There is something for everyone here. Seriously. The place is huge and has 2 levels. You can find pretty much anything there.
Everyone is super friendly and helped me find the pearl necklace I wanted. I loved the store, and will definitely have to come back.

One plus of over 100 years of wealthy people living on the North Shore is the abundance of unique treasures here. Definitely have to spend some time browsing to find great vintage and retro pottery, jewelry, and house wares.

Every time I visit this antique mall I leave with something cool. There is a tremendous variety here including prices. It’s a great place to go when it’s cold or rainy which it almost always is here in Chicago. The interior is cozy, charming and packed. May not be the best place for large strollers or small children that are drawn to breakable things:) There are other interesting shops on either side as well to explore.
