I will NEVER shop at Target again based on my experience at this store location. I picked an item off of the shelf to purchase and added it to my cart. I found an employee, Gil, and asked for assistance as I wanted more info regarding the features of the product before purchasing. Not only was he unable to describe the features but he took the item and put a «spider wrap» on it before he would allow me to take it to the cashier to purchase, which made me feel like he thought I would steal the item. I’m usually the last to say that any situation is «racial related» but this was the first time in my entire life that I felt racially profiled. I felt disgusted and asked why he needed to place a sensor on the item as it was on the shelf without a sensor and there were several remaining on the shelf without a sensor. He couldn’t give me a straight answer. I discussed with a manager, but obviously this employee had already told his distorted part of the story to the manager on the walkie talkie. When I spoke with the manager Sheila, she defended the employee and basically told me that she does not have to explain to me their Loss Prevention policy as it is confidential, nor could I insist on how they«should» have sensors on all of those items instead of adding a sensor only in the case a customer inquires about the product features. I can say that one manager, Jamie, did apologize for how I was treated and offered a discount based on my experience, however this was quickly overturned by Sheila who spoke to me and my husband with a disgusting attitude and with such lack of concern. I reported my concern to a corporate Target corporate rep who seemed genuinely concerned, but also explained that this would be investigated by the area manager, and that Target may or may not get back to me. Maybe my expectations for Target customer service were waaayy too high.

Would it absolutely kill you to have an express checkout lane? And please dont say the self checkout lanes, unless im getting a discount I shouldnt be doing your workers job.

Meh this location is off Kingery so it’s always packed and naturally always a Charlie-Foxtrot. But the inside is basically the same. It always looks like they’re running out of stuff, and you can never seem to find the stuff that you actually want. One time I wanted a specific type of bread that they were clean out of, I came back 2 weeks later. Still out of that type of bread.

Meh. As if getting out of the parking lot wasn’t frustrating enough, I came here to purchase one large plastic storage container — the kind with several drawers. I was disappointed with the variety which was mostly suitable for very small storage like crafts or small tools. The options for clothing, home décor, or larger items was limited to one, only ONE, option. The home storage section is small, almost non-existent. The prices aren’t that great either. I spent $ 50 on a plastic storage solution. I’ve bought these at Wal-Mart in the past, and they always have a ton of options. I didn’t think I would ever say this, but I should have went to Wal-Mart!

I visit this place at least once a week. Sad but true. I know the layout like my own home. It is always clean, the employees are friendly & who doesn’t love Target? They have everything, even booze now!

This is by far my favorite Target location. Not only is is the closest location to my home, but it is always clean. The addition of the grocery section has kept us coming here more frequently. Heads up though, lines here can get crazy. This store seems to suffer from heard syndrome… where everyone in the store needs to check out at one time. Management here seems to have been able to correct previous problems though, they now promptly open up registers when this occurs. Get a Target credit or debit card… save yourself 5% off every bill.

Come here all the time for gifts, cards, food, clothes, furniture, shoes, etc. Never leave empty handed! There are always coupons on the website too! Depending what you need, very handy!

I haven’t been in that many Targets so I don’t have that much to compare this one to. I only know that I needed a very particular item and successfully had it here. Our daughter recently had a baby and we were very happy and excited about this. The first time our granddaughter visited our place she was not a happy baby, instead she seemed to be suffering from severe colic. This made my wife and daughter cry and Zara was already crying. What’s a Grandpa to do? Solve the problem. On the internet I found many testimonials to the curative powers of swings for babies with colic. I then read approximately 567 reviews of different swings and selected the Hugga Hugga Monkey swing which I found for the best price at this Target. We came, found exactly what I wanted plus a couple of hundred more items my wife wanted for the baby and we drove to our daughter’s house. Target was very clean and organized, we found exactly what we wanted at the very competitive price advertised online. Came, saw, conquered! And the hugga hugga monkey swing? Did the trick and that makes everyone happy.

I love this store. It’s closer to my house than Walmart. Clerks are friendly. Store is CLEAN and BRIGHT. Parking is NOT bad, unless it’s the day after Thanksgiving(or Thanksgiving night). I braved the crowds this past Thanksgiving night and the crowd was so well-organized; Target put Walmart to shame. I have all my prescriptions filled here. Again, nice techs and pharmacists. They even have hand sanitizer at the counter for customers to use!

This Target is limited sometimes, but this Target has way more check out lanes open than some of the other Targets I’ve been to. Parking isn’t soooo bad. I come here often and I never had to walk far.

This is a great location. Easily accessible from Rt 83. Parking is shitty, but whatever. Nice layout, clean, spacious. Employees are hit or miss. The lines look daunting, but move quickly. Stock is usually high.

Overall, a pretty good Target. It is not a SuperTarget, but it is got a lot of great name brands. The parking lot is typically ok to navigate and the store is laid out much the same as others. Produce tends to be older and pre-packaged. But I usually don’t come to Target for that. I come for all the great deals on camis, office supplies, toiletries, shoes, housewares, etc… I usually buy at least 3 things I did not know I needed prior to entering into the store. I come here a fair amount, as it is convenient to many other places that I shop in the area. The best Target, though, IMHO, is the Target in Broadview. I always seem to find my sizes there.

This is what I would call Super Target-lite: a recent remodel added more room for a grocery section, but it’s rather anemic. There’s less than two aisles for produce and around 10 aisles for the rest of your shopping needs. It’s like a convenience store: it’s great for what you need, but half your list will be left over. The rest of its general merchandise is scaled down for size as well, and its layout is a bit scattered. There being only one entrance to the store can definitely be a huge annoyance, and customers darting in and out of the double-deep checkout aisles make the madhouse traffic on neighboring 83 look sane and organized. Coming as a consumer of bare-essentials goods first and everything else later, I’d like to see their next remodel make it into a full-fledged Super Target. Shopping at this Target made me realize I should release a cover of Biz Markie as an ode to Super Target. Oh, baby!

This place opened at 5am this past Friday and my girl and I were crazy enough to go for their sale. There is only 1 entrance and the line was wrapped around the freakin buildin! Holy cow! I thought I was goin 2 the American Idol tryouts! It was insane how many peeps were there! I have never done the Black Friday madness so my girlfriend and I wanted 2 try it this year. WOW! We so didn’t expect that but it wasn’t so bad after the doors opened. We walked right in and people went crazy 4 the electronics. By the time I got there my item was sold out, but oh well. I wasn’t too sad. Overall, this Target had a lot of items on stock and had plenty of staff waiting on their customers. Good job Target for being prepared!

The parking lot and entrance situation is defo lacking. And the building needs to have 2 entrance portals instead of just the 1 corner entrance. And I wish there were a more direct traffic light into the place Besides that, this place is the shit. They get the exclusive stuff, when the new GO lines come out they get ALL of the pieces in the collections, not just a few things here and there. The staff are pretty rockin’ and the one spot is always stock with crap I don’t need but must buy. Grade-A!

This has got to be the best Target around. New, clean, fully stocked and always with plenty of personnel to help you find what you are looking for. I had a stock person today personally get involved in the search I was doing for a new water pitcher. She first walkie talkied someone about what I was looking for– and then when the location was found– walked me over to that part of the store. Nice. I should never take a cart with me as I go through the store as that«one» item that I am running in to purchase, ALWAYS ends up multiplying itself by 10 before I get out the front door. A drive for those of you in the city– but in my book? It should be in your«target» as the best!
