Williamson Caterers is AMAZING! If you’re looking for a caterer for your event, please consider them. I ran a very large conference (over 1,000 people) and was in need of a local caterer to provide continental breakfast and boxed lunches.
Pre-​planning was a breeze. Rick sat with me on numerous occasions at the venue to discuss, envision and plan the execution of the room layout. The flow of people was a critical element to the success of my event. I did not need annoyed and/​or dissatisfied attendees to begin their weekend because of poor execution or lack of food on our part. Rick put me at ease with walking through each step of the breakfast and lunch distribution.
Williamson arrived professionally dressed each day, and with a can-​do attitude.
When we ran low on items, the staff was quick to replenish. When asked to do a small task, they didn’t hesitate to get the job done wearing a smile all along.
After the first breakfast of my 2-​day event, when there were no long lines or bottlenecking at the doors, and plenty of food for 1,000 people, I knew I was in safe hands. I could breathe a sigh of relief and focus on the speakers’ and attendees’ needs, and not have to stress about the catering portion of the conference.
I will hire Williamson every time I am in need of a caterer.
