I attempted to purchase a washer & dryer from here but had a horrible experience from start to finish. After the 1^st attempted delivery, which failed due to improper sizing, Lowes failed to refund my entire purchase. After the delivery guy informed me of the appropriate size & model, I returned to the store and purchased another set of appliances.
I can’t even describe the sheer disgust I felt when 2.5 weeks after my purchase, I was informed that the washer was discontinued. The store manager offered to discount the washer by a hundred bucks, but after going to the store & seeing scratches on the washer, the store had to discount the appliance further.
I was assured that the original team would return from delivery, but that didn’t happen. Another team returned & again I was informed that the appliances couldn’t fit. I was disappointed & upset because I was given the wrong measurements by the previous delivery guy. That sad part in this was twice I contacted Lowes customer service department & received no response. I have utterly no faith in this company.

This Lowe’s is not as good as the one in Warrington. Employees are really not friendly — ask a question, you’re bothering them. I swore years ago I would not come back to this location because of what I perceived to be a slight by the cashier. This is closer to my home so I went there today. Mistake… And, check your products before leaving. I just bought a bird feeder and it is missing a screw that I either replace myself or return it for a replacement.

Great store — friendly employees, lots of different products.
