Great place in Willoughby area. Very clean and the people are friendly, this is my second time in there and for sure I will come again.

I went here last night with a group of friends because we saw an article written about how this young man put all of this together himself and we thought it’d be a great new addition to the Willoughby area. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. We had already mentally prepared ourselves for it to not be «all put together» because it’s VERY new and yeah, we were right about that. Its a very dim-​lighted open room with tables and some hard ottoman-​like couches, there was free hot tea and menus with the hookah flavors on each tables. We were talking about how this place definitely had some potential especially with a liquor license and a small menu. That’s not even why I am giving this review only two stars. I’m giving it because there was a group of almost 10 of us that came into this new business with no more than 4 other people in there at the time to GIVE them decent business and we were approached by a very unprofessional young woman who was sitting in a corner smoking herself with someone else. Then the owner came to the table and asked us if we’ve been there before and we said no, he proceeded to tell us how many hookahs we could get for the group and the pricing and then walked away as we were telling him our order and we never saw him again. It appeared only him and the young woman were the only workers and as we were waiting for him to come back the girl continued to socialize in the corner. It was an hour we were there before we left with no service. This place definitely has potential but it just seemed like they don’t care about their business thriving or failing. I really do hope they pull this place together and act like professionals.
