I decided to give the new store a shot when I needed a new battery for my truck. Upon entering, I received prompt, friendly service. The sales rep (Pedro) offered to install my battery for free, even though it was single digit temperatures outside. I eagerly accepted.
Pedro ran into some issues when installing my battery, issues that were not his fault. Several staff members jumped to his assistance, and even installed some additional parts (at their own expense) to make sure that I was taken care of.
It is rare to receive this level of service in town. I look forward to my next experience at Advance Auto Parts.
