I so regret hiring Overhead Door to put in 3 garage doors and 2 openers several years ago: while their salesmen and installation guys are all over it, their customer service is nonexistent. I called them about door opener repair and was told it would be cheaper to install a new one at $ 350 (it’s less than 10 years old). I said sure and was told the scheduling guy would call me to schedule. Six weeks and 3 reminder calls later, he still has not called to schedule. Two days ago I called Limoge, they sent someone out yesterday, and $ 140 later I have two perfectly functioning door openers.

Just spent several days looking for an outside french door for our home. After exploring other stores, we decided to go to Overhead Doors. (this was a first time in their showroom). We found Don to be very competent in his knowledge of what we were looking for and worked diligently with us to get exactly what we wanted. He was great, prices were fine and he directed us to a wonderful person to do the installation. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would certainly do repeat business with him in the future.
