Outstanding dinner. I really enjoyed the Walleye sandwich. Great great service and fun atmosphere!

When writing a review you have to take all things into consideration location, competition, options. Here in Williston there’s not that much of either of the above three, so with that said this may be one of the better places in this location however the quality of the meal was not that great the price was steep for the level of service in the dining experience. The building looks good from the outside but when you go inside it’s a very blasé here are the types of food sources that this place is competing with… Buffalo wild wings, famous Dave’s, culvers, Chinese buffet… You get the point so based on those few options this place is great but compared to Zelo in Minneapolis this place will not get even 1star.

We tried the cheesy fried pickles which were different yet pretty good. Then I had a ribeye that was cooked perfectly. The wait staff is prompt and friendly. They also have a decent beer selection. Probably the best place in Williston, though I have been to every single restaurant. Can’t go wrong with this place as I’ve tried the burger too, which was pretty good.

WHOKNEW??? In town on business, not much around of choices but took a peek at the menu on-line and decided to give them a try since they were so close to my hotel. WOW what an amazing place and selection of eats. I was tired of beef & chicken so I thought I would try the Grilled Salmon. I opted for the basic seasoning as I am not a fan of Cajun seasoning; it was the best choice I could have made. They are very accommodating, allowed me to sub veggies for the rice; not a fan of rice per say. I also had to try the fried Brussels Sprouts… YUMMMMM. If you love sprouts, don’t pass these up. A big shout out to Kaylin my server in training, she was excellent as was her trainer(who’s name I did not get). I am here for another night and guess where I’ll be going back for dinner… YUPP!

The carne asada was a little too tough. I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but the manager comped it and gave us free dessert anyway! Amazing service, the fried pickles were amazing. Always a great time at outlaws!

Not that I didnt like Outlaws but I keep my 4 and 5 star ratings for great spots. Outlaws is your typical American cuisine type spot but its not bad and actually above average for Williston standards. I love thier Bloody Mary«bar» where you can pick your own ingredients. Thier patio area is nice during warmer weather season and the food is a’ight. I always order the nachos but I substitute the chips for thier wedge fries. Totally unhealthy totally salty and greezy but I like it

I was in Williston two nights. Had dinner Twice. Both times at Outlaw’s. Service at the bar, and food(flat iron steak, perfectly cooked medium, fried brussel sprouts, and Guiness on tap) on Night One, brought me and a guest back(why go anywhere else?) on Night Two for the Rib-Eye, MORE brussel sprouts, and sweet potato fries. The best item was an appetizer: fried pickle spears with cream cheese. Very different, and highly recommended. Ate both times in the bar with fantastic TV’s(extra high definition?). This place could get 5 stars anywhere.

ok, I never give bad reviews ever, but this place is decent not good. I went there for a ribeye. Great cut of meat, but it was very over cooked. ordered a medium rare, steak came medium well. I showed the waitress. she brought the manager. his response was to ask me to leave and said I wasn’t welcome to come back. ok. that’s how you handle your mistake? much better places in williston to eat. I would avoid this place if you want a properly cooked steak and fair treatment.

Great menu, awesome food. The pork tenderloin in amazing, has a special maple pecan glaze I think. The burgers are also very good, like the original Outlaws in Watford. I also love their walleye dish. The seating is very nice, classy for Williston.

I love the food here Steaks are awesome I’ve had the prime rib and the flat iron ‚. Both cooked perfectly . The Asiago potatoes are awesome The Caesar dressing is super garlicky, so I wouldn’t suggest it if you aren’t a big fan of heavy garlic flavor . The French dip is really good and the cheesy fried pickles are freakin awesome … They are like a grilled cheese on crack. Amazeballs . The staff is always very friendly as well. The iced tea isn’t my favorite here, but that’s really not a whole lot to complain about.

Great waitress Heather, self proclaimed«new» but she was thorough Fried Brussels sprouts tasty appetizer. A small Cowboy Cesar salad they’re «known for» was nothing at all exciting. Cesar’s are supposed to be pre-tossed and evenly coated in dressing. I got a tiny plastic cup impossible to dip or spread evenly. Small plate piled with too much romaine to toss. Added steak tips to the salad; nothing exciting. Cooked correctly to medium. French onion soup excellent. Ice tea bitter brown water. Husband ate a Farmhouse Burger with a side of onion rings. He said it was yummy and he would eat it again. Not sure it was worth $ 58.

Food is just alright, I done think it matches the pricing at all! Also check if you ever order to go! They have a bad tendency to leave off bits of your order that you were looking forward to!

This is an esthetically pleasing restaurant from the outside and inside it seems kind of cold and impersonal, I know Williston has higher prices because of the oil fields nearby but visitors feel the pinch. I ordered a hamburger because I felt that everything was overpriced and the burger was on the less expensive part of the menu. It was an average hamburger on par with Applebee’s or Chili’s not worth what they ask for it. They weren’t that busy and the service was slow and lacking personality. Outlaws is not worth the money and I doubt I will ever return.

Why r the ratings so high for this place? Very bland to be this pricey. Husband didnt finish his steak… His potatoes he added ranch… the platter was like 25.00. It was big, but nothing special… I will say the cookie desert was yummy! :-) :-) :-) :-) Will not be going back! It’s too bland for my taste buds

I don’t eat out much in Williston, but I have tried every place in town, and this is definitely one of the best options. The place has a meat centric menu(like everywhere else in town) and high prices –but relative to the rest of the town it’s not too bad. The last time I was in I got a heaping portion of chicken –literally like half of an entire chicken– with some dinner sides for $ 20-ish, I was stoked! Seemed like a great deal. Then I went to get my standard dessert, the cheesecake Which is normally served in a heaping portion(Note: $ 9), and the positive tides of my dining experience quickly changed. It all started with the special… «banana foster cheesecake.» BANANAFOSTERCHEESECAKE?! A banana foster version of my favorite cheesecake in town!!! OMG… sign me up. Obviously I order it, and as I sit anxiously salivating like a Pavlov dog at the thought of my soon to come mouth festival, I see my waitress approaching with a plate that appears to be featuring a kindergarten sized slab of cheese. I laugh to myself about the shumck who ordered that for dinner… should have gotten the chicken! …But then the server gets closer and closer, and proceeds to set this embarrassing plate in front of me. I look down at my mouse’s portion of cheese cake which was thin enough to slide under my tables wobbly leg, and consider weeping. It still cost $ 9…I was completely dumbfounded. It should be noted: I take my dessert very seriously, and my cheesecake smashing even more so… I didn’t know what to do with myself. Now it’s possible, being the cheesecake-obsessed glutton that I am, that I may have been able to forget about the highway robbery I had just been apart of, just push the heinous price tag out of my mind and enjoy my delicately rich dairy cake, but then I took the first bite. The most unappetizing flavor imposter of them all –fake banana extract. ITDOESN’T EVENTASTELIKEBANANA… I don’t understand it, why not call it «yellow Laffy-Taffy flavor»!? Anyway… the double digit priced cheesecake was tiny, featured 0 bananas, and tasted like a low quality pop-sicle dipped in milk. I was crushed.

Just had a meal on a Saturday night, not a long wait but we did have a drink in the bar while waiting to get seated. We ordered 2 apps, one was the calamari, which I loved, and the other was chicken nachos. I didn’t care much for the nachos but everyone else in my group did so I’ll assume they were that good. They a couple different special items to pick from. I had the meatloaf which was bacon wrapped and kicked azz. The other orders were a steak and pork loins — both really liked them. The best part of this place — the beer selection. They had at least 9 really good beers(microbrews) on tap. All in all, best meal I’ve had in Willy to date. It’s worth a trip and the wait.
