We were so disappointed by this company. Our boiler died in a home we had recently purchased. We called MonDak because they were the only company listed as a dealer by the boiler manufacturer. Rick asked if they had installed it and if we were already their customer. Since we didn’t know, he stated that they would only take care of existing customers and he would not do a service call. Considering we are without heat on a 36 degree day, I think this company really needs to reevaluate their customer service. We will probably need a new boiler, but we won’t get it from MonDak.
