Fast food basically. It’s expensive and not that good. I’ll go to the mad taco for Mexican instead.

This was our 1st time to Moe’s, and not impressed at all. Food was cold, to saltly, and nacho chips were not fresh. Also felt everything was over priced. Staff didn’t seem to want to be there. Seemed impatient when trying to decide what to order. Ordered Nachos, and I wanted chicken, my husband beef, but 1st guy said can’t have both, but next one said can do half and half… Husband’s burrito was cold, but ok, and my daughter who usually isn’t picky, won’t eat her meal either. Also felt the restaurant wasn’t very clean. Seemed like no one goes through and wipes down the tables, and there were dead flies on windowsill. the highchairs also need a good cleaning. If bringing a child that still needs one I suggest you bring a lysol wipe, to clean yourself before putting your child in it. Don’t know if quality of food, service, and cleanness was just this location or not, but have heard similar reviews in general, but was right there and wanted something quick, as we were just passing through. With all this said we well not eat at another Moe’s ever.

I rarely give bad reviews but Moes was terrible. I got nachos and they gave me ample chips but no meat or cheese and I paid for extra and it was less that they put in the burritos of the people in front of me even though I paid extra. Half a scoop of cheese, terrible. Never again!

I used to really like Moes! Friendly & fast w decent food– but I’ll never go there again after my last experience. First of all, the guy making the burritos ran out of rice & pretended he didn’t, just ignored that bit of truth. Then the finish guy was surly & rude. He paid no attention to what was on the wrapper to tell him how to complete each order — but demanding that the customer request each ingredient — not just customize the item ordered. Lastly, the tables were filthy. I’ll go to the other national burrito chain from now on — better menu, fresher food, nicer people.

Oh Moes. What happened? This used to be a, hands down favourite place for my weekly Mexican outlet when my palette required delicious goodness. Those days are over. My first bad experience was last year over at the Williston rd restaurant. Bad customer service and the level of professionalism was a bare minimum. That has now manifested into the quality of preparation, and food, ten fold. Since it’s become a slow decline. I mean… I was a regular. My family and I would go almost every week. We’d keep giving them another show. Occasionally having a decent experience. My hopes were shot after a visit a few months ago. The young man preparing my wife’s burrito didn’t ask if she wanted rice, he just added it. Threw on WAY too many toppings, and then rolled it like an egg-roll, letting everything spill out over the wrapping. After this unsuccessful attempt, he decided to leave it open on the counter and walk away for 5 minutes. While another employee walked over to finally help my behind my wife. The employee looked at the mess, the growing que, and then me saying«I don’t know what’s going on…» I couldn’t do anything but laugh and patiently walk her through what to do. That was the beginning of the end. I’ve stopping going to the Williston rd shop and started only going to the one located in Williston across from Petco. They were unfortunately plagued with the same level of employees and quality service. Never judging from a single bad visit, I gave this place a few attempts. Tonight was the last time I will ever go to Moe’s. The young man preparing our burritos dealt with them as if it was an unworthy task for his time. Didn’t ask what type of beans or rice(if we wanted any). He just threw them on after I was met with a blank stare when he asked, «Meat?» It’s been a good run Moe’s. He wrapped our meals and spilled the insides all over the wrapping. Tossed them in a bag with a handful of chips after my wife and I commented on the horrible job that was just done. Bad management. Unclean. Horrible service. Horrible preparation. Bad food… tasted like it was thawed semi recently. 1 star for the memories. 1 star for the salsas and drink choices. The only thing going for them at this point.

I’ve been to Moe’s 3 – 4 times and never liked the food. The service is slow. I only went because my friend likes it because of the prices. I would never go on my own accord. They do have good deals, but just don’t expect good Mexican. I prefer Chipotle over Moe’s any day. Haven’t eaten here in over 3 years.

I’ve been disappointed on my last few visits. They’re consistently out of items-the soda machine only has about half of the options available. There’s a wait even when the line isn’t long which lead me to notice the build-up of dust in the que area. It does have ice cream though!

After a quick shopping trip to Walmart and home depot, we decided to stop off at Moe’s. This was my first time to this Moe’s and it didn’t really impress me. The food was alright, there wasn’t anything wrong or bad about it. It just wasn’t up to my standards when comparing it to the other Moe’s I’ve been to. I asked for queso for my chips and the guy just gave me some of the ranch that went on top of my quesadilla, oh well, that left me feeling disappointed, you can’t go wrong with the queso! The crew seemed a little off, they were not friendly, happy or even all that welcoming beyond the typical«Welcome to Moe’s» shout out. I didn’t feel like I was actually there, almost invisible,. There was a lot of people in line and at the tables, the set up of the restaurant could have been better. The Moe’s in Burlington is better! I may return to this Moe’s if I’m looking for some«Mexican» in the area!

Best place to go if you want a burrito made by a surly scene kid with droopy earlobes who hates his job, and hates you for making him do it. Filled up my queso halfway and forgot my side of ranch, instead opting to stare at me/my chest with complete indifference and disdain. I never thought guacamole could be used as a medium to effectively convey the anguish of menial foodservice, but the scant tablespoon in my Homewrecker really drove home the point. If you ever want to fill your stomach with grease and disappointment, I would recommend this place.

I am not a fan of Moe’s — and I’ve tried many times, hoping it would be better! First of all, am I the only one who is annoyed by the«WELCOMETOMOE’S» that people yell out when you walk in? Drives me crazy… The best thing about Moe’s is their convenient locations — Williston Road in South Burlington, and near Maple Tree Place in Williston. While the free chips are a nice touch, they are often so greasy that they are inedible. I’m sure they’d let me get new chips if I bothered. There is also something that never tastes quite right with their burritos — don’t know if it’s their spice blend, the brand of black olives that they use, the seasoning in the rice — but I just don’t seem to ever enjoy the taste. I am SO happy that there is a Chipotle in Burlington now — I think in my mind I’ve been comparing Moe’s to my memories of Chipotle…

Moe’s is just great for that cheap meal that we all think is Mexican! Sure its not REAL Mexican but I still love it! I mean lets face it Vermont does not have any real good Mexican food places. Well not that I have found anyways. So Moe’s will do for now! Its still the best in the area for its class. Taco Bell has nothing on Moe’s! The food is great and they come in HUGE portions! I like the Joey bag of donuts. Its just an all around great burrito! I enjoy mine with chicken, rice, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes and then just add some onion! Then top that off with the sour cream and you got your self an addicting meal of awesomness! Yes its that great! Plus get a side a queso it wont disappoint! I promise you! If you see a huge line here dont fret! They move quickly. Much like the ol’ lunch line from middle school! Talk to your company and you will be able to sit down soon! Or just take it to go! Either way… For fast food Mexican in Vermont this is my go to place! Its scores both highly in the yummy dept and customer service! Go get your Mexican on people!

Better than Taco Bell, and fresher than them for certain! I actually like it. Sure, it’s not authentic Mexican but haven’t we all given up on that quest in Vermont? Decent food and a LOT of it for the price. Good location for a quick bite(there aren’t any drive thrus or fast food joints amongst all the box stores). P. S. The queso is highly addictive.

I know this is a nationwide chain. but I really like this place! I almost always get the«Personal Trainer» salad, loaded with extra cilantro and fresh jalapenos. If I’m feeling especially hungry I upgrade to a «Close Talker» with steak. I like the fact that they use grass-fed beef. Is it authentic Mexican? Heck no. But who cares? It’s delicious!

It’s a chain, its not great but there is definitely worse. Price should be lower than what it is. Really liked the salsa and their fresh jalapenos and cilantro earn them a star. Delivery fee is 2 dollars plus a 15 dollar minimum PLUS tip :(

this place works as a decent lunch spot in town. Everything here is pretty tasty… but also sloppy. I think everything I have eaten here has degraded into a big pile of the usual Mexican suspects… chicken, beef, cheese, guac, salsa, lettuce, etc. Moe, I guess I am saying the items need better structural integrity

Not a substitute for Chipotle. There aren’t many places to get a decent burrito in Vermont, and none worth visiting in Williston. This Moe’s franchise is particularly egregious because of the poor quality of… well, nearly everything that isn’t bolted down(and a few things that are). It’s brand new and yet the staff have the same WTF? attitude one finds in old McDonalds in bad neighborhoods. Where it should sparkle, it already has a patina of neglect.(Even unto the shrink-wrap vehicle billboard ads and placed around the neighborhood. Couldn’t they have found some with hubcaps?) There are four large televisions hanging from the ceiling of its small dining room. Maybe it has to do with Williston being a shopping Mecca, and they expect lunch-break business from people eating alone, but they are positively conversation-hostile. The food quality doesn’t even match that of the other Moe’s up the road, which isn’t saying much. As far as chain restaurants go, Moe’s has a reasonable premise, but suffer disproportionately when they can’t staff or train well.
