I have used APR for many of my home improvement projects Scott is knowledgeable and resourceful he not only repaired all the water damage I had after last winter but found and fixed the problem which cause the ice dams and have had two years with no water in my house, he has installed my wood stove (and replaced the top four feet of my chimney), a new front door and will be starting my bathroom renovation this month. Whether by himself or with his whole crew they have handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. I will continue to use them for every project I cant handle and to fix what I think I can handle.

We weren’t sure whether or not we had mold behind the walls in one of our bathrooms. Scott came in, found out that the issues were just from the fact that the house is so old and that there was a lot of dust and stuff making us feel sick. Scott replaced the walls, sealed everything up, repainted and fixed some damaged shower tiles. The work was great, and done very fast. Scott was very responsive to all of my concerns and my needs. And to top it all off, he came in under budget. I would highly recommend APR for any home improvement projects.

Scott (the owner) is very professional and knowledgeable. His craftsmanship was great and he worked well with us as we made small changes throughout the project. It is rare that I would go the extra step of social media but Scott deserves it. He truly went above and beyond to make our project a reality. If you are considering using APR, just do it, he’ll give you a great finished product.

I’m so shappy to have found Scott! He does great work, he is reliable, friendly and a great problem solver. We have casement windows on a custom house. They were getting stripped and would no longer open. I originally had a Master Carpenter look at them, and his estimate involved a great deal more work than what Scott ended up doing to fix them, keeping the cost down and still repairing them with much less disturbence to the windows frames etc. We originally hired Scott for our roof. He did a wonderful job. again, keeping costs down if he could, though alway consulting us about options. There hasn’t been a job too small or too large yet. It’s great to have him on the job!
