Went with mom and sister today for Mom’s birthday (1^st time). Was impressed with the large space (hands in front, feet in back) and lack of chemical odor (if I’m being honest there was a strong odor towards the end of our visit). The technicians were friendly although there was a bit of confusion on what to do & what services we wanted (huge language barrier)…when you come in you select a lotion (lavender, mango or ?) and nail color. They offer you complementary water or soda (although we were just offered water) and some grapes. There seemed to be alcoholic beverages availability for purchase, however, no one asked and there was no menu/​price list. The massage chairs are lovely and they start them for you. They do take credit cards which is great as our last place didn’t take them. ²⁄₃ of our technicians did a great job on our nails & the one who really didn’t was super friendly & made a tremendous effort on the massage… Overall, we will return & just try not to get that one technician.

THE WORST MANICURE OF MY LIFE. I’ve been getting my nails done weekly for 25+ years. I recently moved here and was looking for a salon and due to their good reviews, gave it a try. The lady who did my manicure did not know how to file my nails (I could tell it was going to be «all over with» as soon as she picked up the nail file. It was like it was a foreign object in her hand.) It was so obvious they were uneven. Cut cuticles??? Due to my move my last manicure was 2 weeks ago and my cuticles grow fast. A little clip, clip and she was done. You could still see the skin on both my middle fingers. Then the polish job! Was on the cuticles that didn’t get cut and on my fingers. Completely oblivious! Too busy asking me if I was okay. (Not sure what that meant.) No hot towel or shoulder massage. Another women at the dryer confirmed my disappointment and said it was the only place she could go on her day off which was Sunday. Oh yea, and you pay after you have your nails painted and they dry. I just want to dry a little and hit the road.

Went to this salon after reading the great reviews– AMAZING! Everything said in reviews was accurate– my favorite thing is the cleanliness! The plastic wrap in the pedi tubs is great, I always felt grossed out that all they did was scrub the tubs after someone else went in eww! They’re also very informative about how to prevent ingrown nails and why this and that happens! They’re so friendly, and the best part– I expected since this place is over the top gorgeous friendly and accommodating, that the price would be high– nope! Exactly what I pay elsewhere, so you can’t NOT go! The grapes and complimentary drinks top it off, more sail salons should be like this, take pride in your business and share what you offer and treat customers like you would friends and family, they seem to have a great reputation!

If you’re looking for a place for mani and pedi that is clean, professional, classy and customer service oriented, this is the place for you. The pedicure chairs are massage chairs and they give you a heating pad to put around your neck and shoulders for extra relaxation. They offer you water or soft drinks and grapes and/​or chocolates. If you want to bring your own wine, you can. There’s actually a store in the same plaza that has it.

This was my first time at this salon and my granddaughter and I thought it was so much fun, more than I’ve had at any salon I’ve previously been to.

We both had gel polish and it was perfectly
applied.
The instruments used were sterilized and each client had their own file and buffer that was given to clients to take home and being back if they chose to come back. During the manicure, you pick your own lotion to be used with your hand massage. Rose petals and orange slices were used in the warm water to soak your hands. Fresh flowers were all over the salon.
Staff used English almost all the time and were instructed not to use Vietnamese in front of customers. They were a fun and talented group. Prices were the same as other area salons that I have been to.
Fun time and excellent service.
I have finally found my new Salon.

Really great and affordable nail salon! The staff is very friendly and they take very good care of their customers. They have a great selection of colors and there are so many manicure and pedicure stations — would be perfect for a bridal party. I counted 12 pedicure stations and if I recall correctly there might even be more mani stations.
They ask if you want complimentary water or pop or juice, and give you a cup of grapes to snack on while you relax. The studio is extremely clean — they wrap the pedi tubs in plastic for each person and they scrub out the tubs afterward. You are given a warm neck pillow which helps relax you and I was given a clean towel for my lap. The massage chairs are very comfortable and everything is very new. The salon offers 2 pedis — I opted for the $ 25 basic pedi, but they also offer a deluxe $ 35 pedi. The basic pedi was amazing! I chose a polish and a lavender-​scented lotion for my massage. My nails look great, and my skin is so soft. I will definitely be back soon!

Got a gel mani and regular pedi. AMAZING service. The girls were so nice and friendly and when I wasn’t sure about the nail color they were so nice and patient with me. The massage chair was the best I’ve ever experienced and during pedi we were offered drinks and grapes and lots of candy! Very very clean, too– you get to keep your nail files. Recommend to anyone for a relaxing spa experience !!!

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Staff is very friendly and it is extremely clean! What I was most impressed by was the fact that they cover the tubs for pedicures-​you rarely find that anywhere else. Definitely recommend for any nail services!

So I’ve given this place many chances. They do great nails but the staff is so rude, I will never come back. I was told She could not make the design (a four leaf clover) I wanted and then when I picked my other design I asked for more glitter on my nails she refused. If I’m paying and tipping for nails I at least expect to get what I want.
