The place is very clean, the rooms are updated and very nice and the staff is usually good. I had an issue where I complained about something to the manager who was a skinny guy with long hair but nothing was done about my complaint.

The reason you go to a hotel while your on vacation is a clean place to sleep and somewhere to clean up while you visit. Not a lot is normally expected from a low cost place like motel 6. However durring my 8 night stay the hot water stoped working 2 nights in. It was explained to me that both boilers stoped working suddenly. I believe that they were having issues long before the failure. The staff was unapologetic, not understanding or remorseful. I was told I could leave and take a voucher for another day, he laughed an said«but the other hotels in the area are probably booked». Not one time in the whole time I was in the hotel did anyone come and sweep the floor, bring towels, change the sheets or take the trash. Spiders were dime sized in all the hallways. The only elevator smelled like urine. If I could go back in time I would find an establishment that cared about the customer. I have stayed at simularly priced hotels and had much better service and cleanliness. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Non smoking rooms on the 3rd floor were clean w hardwood like floors and comfy beds. Though u cant hear the airplanes at night, we heard highway noise all night as our room faced the hwy. POOR customer service or perhaps bad policies. I had reserved this place a month prior and when I called ahead of time to tell them that Id like a quiet non smoking room, they said they have plenty of rooms so I dont have to reserve in advance even w me coming in after midnight. When I finally showed up, the staff told me they dont ever reserve a specific room until the customer shows even though I booked it already and put me in probablh one of the noisiest room. I slept very little that night.

This motel was an awful experience. We walked in and felt like it was a basement apartment. There were no pictures on the walls, no chair for the desk, no lamps, florescent lighting, haphazard window treatments that barely closed. The bathroom was one room with no separation for the shower. Showering left the entire bathroom floor drenched. The TV service was faulty and there were stains on the bedding. I would never stay here again.

Pretty impressed for a Motel 6. No offense. But it was a great choice since our flight was arriving late at night and we were headed to Rochester in the morning. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Decent upgraded décor. You get what you pay for so for the price it was nice. Parking was the only hassle. Had to park around the back of the hotel and walk through the front. It was cold and hard to maneuver out bags and a child in the snow. But I would stay here again.

While traveling from Chicago we needed a place to rest our heads so we decided to spend the night at this Motel 6. We arrived really late at night which we thought would be an issue, but the staff here was accommodating and polite. We ended up booking a non-smoking king room which was fairly clean, but the room had definitely been smoked in. The bathroom was the worst, but the fabric in the room also smelled. When we were checking out in the morning the process was easy but it took a while to find the front desk individual. In the end our stay was decent but it would have been much better if the room was truly smoke free.

Newly updated, close to major highways, stained bed sheets, hardwood floors, would you like shampoo to wash your hair? Not a problem, available for purchase 24 hrs a day. Would you like soap as well? That is complimentary and the size of the face of a watch, WiFi is $ 3.25 per day, per device. enjoy!

We checked in at around 10pm and was told that we were supposed to check in before 6. So we actually only got the first night while we actually booked two nights. The guy that served us was nice and asked us to re-check in the next day so as to extend our stay. But the next morning we went to the front desk they said they no rooms available. Therefore we decided to head home earlier. Luckily we live just two hours across the border otherwise the trip would be so ruined. While I was waiting to be served, they were actually on phone with another person that has this same check in /no show /late show issue. The room itself was ok except that it’s filled with the smell of cigarette. Someone definitely smoked there and it smelled so bad that I couldn’t even sleep well. And the front desk guy tried to spray some air freshener which didn’t help at all. And no hair dryer in the room. You may want to bring your own instead of waiting forever for one to be returned.

Nice updated Motel 6. Clean sheets, room and facility. Elevator which is rare for Motel 6. Location close to hwy which was great for traveling. Parking lot and hallways were a little dark, but overall great value.

Lots of new construction going on here– Bang, Bang, Bang! And this lasted for the whole day– We got in to town after a 500+ mile trip at 2am… So late sleep-in. There is new construction going on outside next door as well. dust, dirt, noise. We only had 1 towel, and no shampoo… The man down the hall needed 4 towels for his family! The beds? Comfortable… but the sheets? «short-sheeted»… I spent half the night(got up 3 x) to fix the shrunken ‘fitted’ sheet that kept coming undone and wrapping up around me… Buy some NEW sheets! The Management seemed nice enough and willing to call Muscarellis’ for pizza– because the room phone didn’t work… My friend just came back from the lobby…15 min — ‘where were you?” waiting for coffee… On his way back, he noticed a ton of trash overflowing a garbage can… Oh, and the ‘blankets” — sure… if you consider a polyester bedcover a blanket! There’s my review. take it or leave it. OH! and you have to pay $ 3.99 for their«WIFIAVAILABLE» No other Inn does this!

All in all, this motel was definitely okay. It was totally bare bones, but it worked for what my family needed. And it was inexpensive, too. We got a room with two double beds for $ 52 plus taxes. One thing I really liked was that the room had laminated floors instead of carpet. These floors are so much easier to clean and one doesn’t worry about what is lurking in that old carpet. The bathroom had a lot to desire though and didn’t look like it had really been cleaned. The person at the front desk was polite, too, even if they didn’t have tissues. You heard that right. As I said, the room was bare bones– no tissues, no shampoo, no lotion, no coffeemaker. But they did have a small fridge and microwave. So, this is a decent place to stay on a budget for a family of four. It’s not the Ritz, but it’s better than the crappy Econo Lodge we stayed in on the other side of Buffalo, so we might be staying here in the future.
