This place is the worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We sat for 2 hours waiting for my car inspection(which I had made an appointment for) only for them to tell me that their machine was down. And had been down… since we got there… Why take my car in and make me wait? Why not just tell me upfront so I could go some place else to get it done? That would have been good customer service. That’s what a business should do. I will NEVER go there again and I will also tell all my friends and family my experience as well. All it takes is communication — things happen it’s understandable but be up front with your customers.

I scheduled an on line appt. It was confirmed so I show up for my appt to get my tires rotated. After waiting several minutes for someone to help me an employee comes from the garage and presents a couldn’t care less attitude. He states the appt will take several hours and I should leave the vehicle. I stated I made an appt to avoid the wait and he shrugged. I went down the street to Goodyear and they had me in and out in 20 minutes.

I am a 40 year old man, that has been to many mechanics over the years. I had an appointment for 5pm for an inspection, but the car didn’t go in till 6:30pm. Most would get irritated by this, but I’ve spent far longer than this waiting at a mechanic shop. The gentleman up front, Hank by name, explained he was unfortunately understaffed and apologized for the wait. Now this was just an inspection on a newer car, so I’m not expecting much in the way of issues or anything. But the service I got here was amazing. In example, I was quoted $ 21 on the inspection. When I checked out he told me it cost $ 16. I mentioned the initial quote and he said, «oh, there is a coupon online that gives you 5 dollars off, when it’s presented here. Since I have internet I could have it presented.» He was a nice, and honest mechanic(this is based on a conversation I heard with another patron and him about an expensive job that could be done there, but also should be done by the dealership). I will come back.
