Compact: BB&B on corner of Main and Transit where the Eastern Hills Mall is. Very helpful staff. Easy parking. Expanded: Large store that has easy parking. I was on a specific mission and they were able to point me the right way quickly. I can see myself wandering through the aisles here at a future time though, pleasant employees, easy parking and not too busy store. Can’t loose.

Wouldn’t take a coupon from Retailmenot. Cashier was rude. I asked about signing up for email list to get a % off savings. Her response, «you’re not saving any money today». They’ll never get a dollar of my money. And anyone who registers there, I will pull up the registry and buy the item elsewhere.

Out of all BB&B I have been too I think this one has the most friendliest employees. The store was a tad bit cluttered due to inventory being distributed but overall a very pleasant shopping experience. Three employees asked. If I needed assistance, it was very nice to have someone acknowledge my presence.

Bed Bath and Beyond has many redeeming qualities –their coupons, for one! Nothing draws a shopper in like a weekly flyer with a 20% off coupon. I’ve bough many big-ticket items here with that 20% off coupon and will continue coming here for kitchen essentials. One thing I’ve noticed over the past couple years, however, is the quality of the items offered seem to be deteriorating. Cheap plastic cups and plates on display, off-brand items such as luggage and bedding, etc. Not to mention, there’s so much clutter throughout the aisles, you’ll feel as if you’re confined to some sort of maze. Very claustrophobic feeling as you make your way through the store. Unless you absolutely need it, I highly recommend sacrificing the cart for a basket. You’ll be running over people’s toes and knocking items off shelves otherwise. The carts seem disproportionately large, in comparison to the aisles’ width. Someone miscalculated this very basic ratio. Lastly, I find the customer service to be hit or miss. The cashiers seemed positively gloomy at my last visit. Perhaps they are just having a bad day. I have been here many times before when cashiers are enthusiastic and upbeat but this past weekend, they were unhelpful and downcast. Either way, BB&B will continue to be my go-to place for kitchen supplies and appliances, as long as they keep the coupons coming!

My review is related to my bridal registry experience. We were greeted eagerly by the bridal consultant(even though she was with another customer and we didn’t have an appointment). When she was done with the other couple, she spent a good deal of time talking with us about the process, suggestions and tips she had, etc. It was very helpful since this was our first registry experience. It was a very easy process and they provide you with a great deal of assistance.

I’m typically not a huge fan of BB&B. It’s so overwhelming and I never seem to be able to find what I’m looking for. On my last trip here(mom had coupons and wanted K-cups), I was looking for a very specific buckwheat pillow that I saw on their website. Asked the lady at Customer Service and she sent me back to the bedding section where they will special order items that aren’t in the store. The manager(?) placed my order online and graciously waived the shipping fee and applied my 20% off coupon! I saved about $ 15 on the pillow by using the coupon and ordering from the store. HAPPYHAPPYJOYJOY! I was even happier when the pillow arrived in a few days(much shorter wait than the estimated 2 week wait I was quoted)! My neck was so relieved! Still minus a star for being overwhelming though, but I guess that’s just the way they roll…

«Good morning! How are you!!!» said a smiley greeter named Patricia. On Black Friday, what a wonderful way to enter a store as she hands me a coupon for 20% off my order. I returned her smile and greeting and went through the store for the items I came in to get and a few more that I didn’t know I needed. As I walked into the candle section I saw a lady climbing a ladder and restocking. She yelled down: «Hello, how are you today?» «Let me know if I can help you with anything!» After leaving Macy’s, see that review, I was so pleased to be treated like someone that mattered. I shopped and even took a five minute break to use/sample the homedics shiatsu cushion, which felt good after shopping for 4+ hours in the dark of the morning. No one told me to move on and no one tried to sell me something I did not need. I think I’ll be back for the cushion after my Christmas shopping is done. What a pleasant place to shop and what a super staff that smile on the busiest of days!
