Williamstown Pediatrics

Less than satisfactory. Only visited 4 times before changing our pediatrician. Hours are whacky. They close whenever they want. Doctors do get back to you at any time, which is a positive, but our new pediatrician does the same
4 visits of bad advice, misdiagnosis, and rushy attitude. Even got upset that I was breast feeding my child at her 1 month well visit. odd for a pediatrician.
The receptionist that greets you at the first window when you walk in has always been extremely rude. I think my whole attitude towards the office would’ve started off on a better note if they had a more friendly receptionist. All 4 visits she was rude. In fact, the only time I ever saw her smile is when she rudely, and smugly smirked at me when I went in to sign a release to forward my children’s records to their new pediatrician.
