Only reason I have a star is so I can warn you about this
Place…waked in with my fiancé to get pedicures as we are new to the area and both had the day off to relax. WE said hello and then were asked how can we be helped. We were told one of us would be a 5 minute wait and the other about 30. We said fine, totally ok with waiting for a good pedi. There are only 3 seats available in the «waiting» area. One lady was seated and her bag on another chair. I decided to go 1^st so I remained standing and after a few minutes of waiting, my fiancé took it upon himself to go sit because we realized they weren’t going to offer us a seat. After waiting a little while the lady with the purse moved her bag so that I could sit because I was obviously going to be there for a while. After a few MORE minutes, an employee says, «by the way we only accept cash.» We said fine. Then after a while the same employee says, «oh, and just so you know, the pedicure is $ 25.» Ok now I’m irked!!! Why would we be there if we couldn’t pay for your services??? Needless to say,
We walked out. WOULD NEVER RETURN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS SNOBBY EPMTY SALON TO ANYONE!!! GO ELSEWHERE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE APPRECIATED AND ACCOMMODATED!!!

Staff is rude. Spent the whole time speaking to each other and pretty much ignore their customers. She rushed through my pedicure. They hv a sign out front for $ 17 pedicure but that’s only after you spend $ 25. False advertising but fine, then they as they are cash only after they finished my service. I never go back and wouldn’t reckoned anyone else!

I will never go back to this place. First, the woman tried drilling the polish off instead of soaking my nails. When I told her I don’t like the drill she got an attitude and stuck a bowl of acetone in front of me to soak. I picked out a nude color and hesitantly let her start. She rushed through the manicure, didn’t even wash my hands between (unevenly) filing and painting, sloppily threw on a few coats PINK polish (which I specifically did not want and definitely did not pick out), then finally (barely) put lotion on my hands before rushing me out the door at a $ 25 cost. Terrible customer service.

I wish I could give no stars — worst experience ever– girl rushed through my pedicure because someone came in to get a nail fixed– I said was that an express– she said no it’s reg pedicure– I said I wanted the spa pedicure she said too late– she never even asked me– any other time they want u to get the works and do it without asking– disgusting customer service —

WORST NAIL PLACE EVER!!! They over charge on everything. Forget their price menu because they charge you whatever they want anyway. Was over charged one time for a refill 28 $ when a full set cost 25 $. Decided to try again. Worst mistake EVER!!! My daughter who is 12 yo should have been 15 $ for services but they again charged 25 $ and told me that it isn’t 12 years or younger that it’s ten. When it clearly says 12 years or younger on their menu. They are ignorant and rude. They are definitely losing lots of business from me and my 3 daughters that’s for sure!!!

Worst service ever!!! Was suppose to get mani and pedi but had to walk out after pedi because it was that bad. The girl was talking while filing my toes and got really low do I pulled back and said ouch and she said what’s your problem then laughed at me and talked to the girl next to her, then as I was walking over to her nail table I took the toe seperaters off because I can’t walk in them… well she screamed at me and caused a huge scene telling me my toes are wet and why would I do that! I couldn’t take another second so told her nevermind about my nails and I paid and sat in my car after which was right out front and this girl put the $ 30 in he pocket! Not even in the register!!! I asked if there was a manager and she told me he never comes around and I can sit and wait all day for him! Long story short DONT GO HERE!!! Thank god The Ritz was able to fix and finish my nails!!!

Long story short I will never come back. It was my first visit there and it was a terrible one. I am a native vietnamese speaker and heard them talking badly about their customers first and then about me.
I didn’t even get the service I waited for because I will not give them business when they are talking badly about their customers and making their new ones feel not welcomed.
FYI — Smells strong of acrylic.

Walked in with 2 friends for a pedi and they took us all within minutes. I sat and soaked for a while but that is ok w me. We got spa pedis which are supposed to last a half hour but I know it wasn’t a half hour for my friends. I didn’t get a foot scrub like my friends did either. The staff was pleasant enough though. She did a good job painting my toes.

I have visited twice. I thoroughly enjoyed each experience. I got a pedicure both times. Everything in there is brand new and overall it has a good vibe.

I came looking for a good place to get my eyebrows done since my old place has messed them up one too many times. Anyway, I was with my mom who wanted a pedi. I asked the woman who greeted us if they were good at doing brows and she shyly shrugged and said she didn’t know, I just tell them what I want and we’ll see. Wow! Great sales pitch! I hesitantly decided I would give them a try anyway. While I wait for them to do my brows, I stand by my mom who is in the massage chair getting her toes done and decide to get a chair since no one offers me a seat. I go across the room grab a chair and come sit it down just to be told I have to sit by the dryers and put the chair back bc it’ll block the sinks (double sinks with only 2 other customers who aren’t even getting nails done). So I stand leaning in the sink bc that is apparently ok. It’s about 30 minutes now since we got here and I still have not had anyone address my brows.
Positives: they do a decent job like all of the other 40 nail spots in the area. They also use hot stones to massage feet and legs with a regular pedi.
Negatives: I’m still standing, no one has used the sink at all, my eyebrows aren’t done, no one is even looking my way.
Overall, you could come here if u want but there are sooo many other nail places with 2 miles of this place that do the same thing.
