We stayed at this hotel for one night.
The staff was very friendly. They were very helpful when it came to recommending local businesses.
The pool was nice and clean.
The room was clean, however it did smell a bit wet. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from bc the floor and everything was dry.
We had the jacuzzi suite. Room was HUGE! Bed was comfortable.
The breakfast is decent.
I’d definitely stay here again.

My family and I arrived really late and had a room on the non-​smoking floor. The hallway smelled just like smoke. Our room, smelled like it was wet. It wasn’t a mildew smell but like the whole room was wet. We checked the carpet and it didn’t feel wet so we weren’t sure what the problem was.
There are just too many hotels for me to recommend this one.
If the odors weren’t there I believe this would be a great hotel for the price.

I stayed at the best Western Monroe inn and suites and the hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and the hotel was very clean. They do accept small dogs that’s why I picked this hotel. I also went swimming in the pool the water was very clean and nice. The people at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast bar had plenty of food I would definitely recommend this hotel.
