I really love the whole unique style of jewelry that the Williamsport area has. I looked up Rick Mahonski online and was really impressed with all different styles and designs that he had with his rings. I found a few styles of different rings that I liked so I emailed the business from the email address that the business website had to get a price quote but never received an email reply back from the business. I decided to visit the shop while I was visiting family in Williamsport. I looked on the website to see what time the store opened on Saturday. No times available on the website. I tried to call the store. No answer nor no voice mail stating no hours… um ok. I decided to just try to go at 11:00AM on Saturday thinking that the store must be open at 11:00. I must say I was excited to visit the store after the looking at the website. Unfortunately, I was a little frustrated after receiving only mediocre customer service upon arrival to the store. I felt like I was intruding and that I was interrupting the workers from the other room to try on rings and to ask for prices. None of the jewelry had prices on the pieces. I was told this was due to the«fluctuation price of gold.» I felt this was a little strange since I went and visited a few jewelers prior to this establishment and did not have this problem at any of the other places. Anyway, I was finally handed a bunch of catalogs from about during this visit(some labeled back from 2008) and told that I could look through these and make an appointment should I want to order anything. About six months later I decided to give this business another try and visit it again because the jewelry is really beautiful. Unfortunately, I received the same treatment, given the same old catalogs and told to contact them if I see something I want to order. its a shame. Both times I visited this store I really had a mind set and determination on buying some pretty jewelry and probably at a nice price. A nice smile and a little friendly help goes a long way.
